It's a great place. Recommended
Were with the family in June 2025. Crazy loved everything. The buffet is great, you can't stay hungry. Polite and pleasant staff. The hotel is located on the seafront. The property is large, there is a park, swing, children's playground, swimming pool, gazebo. I really liked the girl at Alice's reception. I mean, very friendly people live, beautiful city with old buildings.

terrible hotel, service zero, the maids don't completely clean the floors and all the remaining furniture and dust on it, when the drops from someone's dried urine were just settling in were right on our toilet, the hotel across the street, the emerald, not even close to the amza, go there, there and the rooms are better and cleaner, the food tastes better, the staff are more professional, the food in the amza is disgusting, the oil everywhere is old, wanted to eat manka, tasted like it was frozen for a week, and defrosted as much, not delicious at all, at the reception the girls openly talk about "yes, the internet only catches the reception and lobby" if you want to lie at home on the phone, alas it won't work, the internet catches literally when you sit on the toilet, the girl who served us at the reception, is laypersonal, come on, it's better than me from her professionalism, but so not know anything, and depend on "let me clarify," in a 5-star hotel it's an embarrassment when we asked her trivial questions, she said very quietly, "let me clarify for a second" what to put her in the role of receptionist? when she can't give a clear answer, in a 5-star hotel, she also talks uncertainly and quietly, there are cockroaches running around the dining room (didn't have time to photograph) the only plbs, this location, very beautiful view, but excuse me, comfort for me is more important than the view, the pool water is certainly not clean, the basin is cold for December, when you need heating, the basin is dirty, the creepy slimy drain of water in it, today when you bathed saw just a crust of bread floating in the pool! there's no guard, that is, if I drown

Not a foot.
For starters, in a building where there are only two elevators on 14 floors, they also use as technical to transport everything from bed linens and some boxes, in our visit to this hotel one of the elevators broke down and we waited on the 12th floor for 20 minutes. The showers outside don't work, although the representatives' response was that they checked everything and the showers by the pool are working, but that's just a lie, the next day checked with the pool official, who said they were disconnected. The pool is dirty, swimming everything from drool to leaves to dead flies, the smell of chlorine is wild. Everyone is allowed in the pool area, even those who do not live at all in the hotel. In the cafeteria, the food was of poor quality, on the second day my mother and I were poisoned, I couldn't get up, and only by the evening I went down to the nurse, who put me on an IV for money, in the cafeteria we didn't go 5 out of 10 days, the money for the food we paid for was not refunded and refused. The doctor was talking in the mat and discussing his Zp with the nurse, and I was uncomfortable. The beach is the same as any coast of the black sea and it is not necessary to go to Abkhazia. The streets are dirty, lots of dogs, no entertainment. The hotel itself is not worth its money, there is no service, the gym is sad, because all the gyms are broken, they bring the children there, like in a playroom, who in spanking run on a treadmill and break the gyms, nobody watches the room. They promise to show one movie in the cinema, we ended up coming and playing us another. In general, holidays in this hotel were ruined by everything around us. Beautiful green territory and sea view from the room delighted. Everything else is terrible.

pros and cons
pluses -good location, proximity to the sea, heated pool, decent rooms, service staff.
minus the most important meal Soviet Union I caught but here in the dining room the food tastes full of cap. eat everything and fish and meat but apparently the cook can't cook at all so I don't recommend taking three meals a day.
Let's go to the restaurant at the hotel the food is delicious, but dinner was ruined by a fly in a beer glass to which the bartender claimed it was our problem he was opening a bottle without the fly. Something like that nearby there's a Turkish cafe.

It'll do for once
We rested in this hotel from April 17-24 (child 7 years old, mother and I - 23 years old).
Pros: a large area where you can walk in the evening, good food (we only took breakfast). They cleaned it basically every day, not to say it was ideal, but if you don’t find fault, it’ll do. The pool was clean, large, but not particularly heated. There are restaurants and a lobby bar on site, very convenient.
Of the minuses: the hotel clearly needs restoration, the entrance area no longer inspires much confidence, the balconies are in poor condition. Wi-Fi - I don’t know if this will be a minus for someone, but for us it was extremely inconvenient when you want to call your family in the evening and send photos from your vacation, but it only works at the reception or near some palm tree. Well, that's it. We lived on the 7th floor - there is no Wi-Fi there.
I, of course, am used to the fact that in Abkhazia there is a lot of male attention, but when janitors of about 50 years old roll up right by the pool - this is already impudence, I advise the hotel to pay attention to its staff, the third time I could no longer stand it and sent him to three cheerful ones.
There is no children's room as such, everything is old and broken.
In principle, if you don’t find fault, the hotel is not bad, obviously not 5*, more like 4/3. It's ok for once, but I wouldn't go back there again.
