Very good location

We stayed two nights at this aparthotel and would come back again if the prices will be as reasonable as we found it initially. The room was very nice, in a modern design, very clean, staff friendly and 24 hours reception is comfortable for early check outs.

Good location

We stayed here for 4 nights while looking for an apartment to rent. It is very difficult to find a nice hotel or apartment in Tbilisi at a reasonable cost - most are very small establishments and are usually booked out. We booked here even though there were no reviews on Trip Advisor. We were pleasently surprised. The Vake district location is great - the leafy streets around the hotel are full of interesting cafes and restaurants where you can sit outside and enjoy your meal or drinks. It's easy get a taxi - many always passing the door - and you will pay 5 Lari, about $3, to almost anywhere in the city. Tip: Don't ask the price - just hand over the money and smile.
Our room was sort of a suite but all in one - it had a large comfortable bed, a sitting area and a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink), with the nice bathroom off. It's spacious enough, clean, bright and airy. These are new apartments and I assume all the suites are the same quality.
There is just one receptionist at any one time who will buzz you in and arrange when to clean the room etc. They were all nice and friendly with enough English to get by. There are three bakeries within 200 meters, where you can buy a wide range of breads and confectionaries - we used the one right next door. Try the cafe right across the street - they have the best salads around. There is a Thai restaurant next to that - we didn't try it as we had just come from asia.
We booked for 6 nights (through Bookings.com), but we found an apartment very quickly and moved out after 4 nights. They were fine with that and only charged us for the 4 nights we spent there. Note that they do not accept cards and you need to pay in cash. There's a change bureau three doors down. Overall I recommend Apart Hotel highly.
