Perfect value for money - friendly staff
Si I booked ( via booking ). I optes for a supérieur room with balcony.
Very early Morning Check in by a cool young night-receptionist was perfect and friendly, room was over my expectation. Spacious, clean warm and had a good bed.
Breakfast was ok, but correct for the total Price.
All staff very flexible and friendly.
Great value for money.
I can not understand the very negative Reviews. Maybe These people should Go to a 5* Hotel Like the Telegraph, but also Pay the Price in consequence.
I would return, and I am picky

Bridge Hotel in Tbilisi
Pros:
- big and comfortable lobby
- elevator
- big rooms with balcony
- clean
- bed comfort
- breakfast
Cons:
- towels are literally deteriorated - you should consider replacing them
- staff is not very attentive
- no parking at all
Recommended if you don't mind walking uphill to reach the downtown.
Tip: if you reserve a room with windows looking at the main avenue, you won't be able to sleep because of the non-stop noise of the traffic.

We are 12 ladies from Australia and New Zealand
We have been on a tour with Patch Adventures based in Aystralia.
The Hotel has been good but at breakfast this morning we came across the most rude and u friendly female staff members in the breakfast room .
They were aggressive in mannerisms , un helpful , im a very friendly person and they cut me down like I was dirt , they rushed us and watched over us like we were in prison .
Very bad attitude !!
Your young receptionist was so lovely and friendly , I felt sorry for her to have to listen to complaints from 2 staff members that can spoil your whole hotel.
I hope you will address this with those women and help them Improve thier positions.

Decent hotel in good location
The rooms are spacious, bright, have a balcony and, less positively, there is carpeting.
Cleanliness is acceptable, breakfast is enough.
The rooms overlooking the street have poor soundproofing and you can hear all the traffic in the city.
