Cozy cute place

I recently spent a night here on my recent trip to Haiti. The room was nice and clean. View was awesome and breakfast was delicious. There are two pools located on the premises and you're not too far from the beach. Will stay again here with no problem. Great staff!

A great hotel and location, especially for the price

I came to this quaint hotel because I was going diving for a fews days at Marina Blue, and it is a great price. I was a solo female traveler and felt very very safe here. Marina Blue dive center is a 7-minute walk away. I felt very safe while walking to a from the dive shop, and you can even walk through an amazing old plantation-era museum garden for a large portion of the walk. Everyone you see along the walk works at surrounding resorts for the most part, so they are accustomed to tourists. The ladies at this hotel do not speak much English but I was totally able to book an extra night, buy extra water, and chat with the security guards. The staff were attentive and sweet to my every need. The small breakfast buffet was perfect. Like everyone else said, the bed was very comfy. The wifi in the reception was good. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is a small pool where you can dip your feet and read a book. Coffees, fruit, toast, and then time for adventures.

Pleasenty Surprised

My usual place was booked so I stayed here for a Saturday night while taking a first aid course close by.
They were also very full, so I was given in Room A11. It is a single bed room, which is all I wanted. The bed and the bathroom were very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Air conditioning worked perfectly. There were 3 channels on the tv, but I was too tired to watch.
I checked out, and then found later there were bad traffic jams from SunFest, so I checked back in again and received a different room. It was also a single and a little larger. It was even more comfortable than the first room.
If you are looking for a nice place to sleep, this is a good hotel. Both nights I asked for rooms not facing the disco and I never heard a thing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I did not go to the breakfast though as I started my days very early, so can't comment on that. There is a small bar to get a cold beer at on the premises, and a swimming pool which was popular.

Cozy place

The staff was wonderful especially Junior. The hotel was very clean. All the staff was very helpful.I wish they serve real food and not bread and peanut butter. I didnt like the fact that they only had two channels and had dvds without a dvd player. No bottles or a bucket to put ice in nobody by the bar to give you drinks. Also didn't like the idea that I had to travel to go to their beach so hot for that, Wish they had one on the property but love the pool. The bed was very comfortable the ac at this hotel turn on after 6pm during the day you have a fan but it doesn't help at all your still hot that (when the bottle of water would've help. Great place to lay your head at if you're not planning on staying in the hotel for the day.

Nice place

The hotel was clean, bed was comfy. All the staff were very accommodating, from the guard to Ms. Marie, at reception, to Mr. François, the bartender. Welcome drinks and then delicious coconut water we're brought to us during our stay. There is a night club that I guess only opens if enough guests visit, but it is well appointed and has two pool tables. The koi pond was being worked on while we were there. Some of the guests made use of the pool. Apparently they have a gym and a spa, but we didn't check either of them out. There is a bus to take guests to the beach in the am as they are not ocean front. The wi-fi worked well, and there was an AC unit and fan to cool us down. The included breakfast hit the spot. The water pressure is lacking and there is some "switch over", maybe to a generator? that left us without AC for about 10 minutes. All in all it was a good place for us at a reasonable price. It's right across from the more expensive Moulin sur Mer which boasts of being a former plantation (woop de doo :-/)
