Will visit again

Clean rooms, Atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, no noice. Staff specially Ranjeet and others were kind , helpful and supportive. Quick service is provided. Breakfast and dinner had vareity and good quality.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Housekeeping, but Some Areas Need Improvement

I stayed at Hotel Platinum Residency in June 2026 for business purposes and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a good corporate-style environment with work-friendly arrangements, making it suitable for business travelers.
A special mention goes to Ranjeet from the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job maintaining the room every day. His attention to cleanliness and prompt service were highly appreciated and contributed significantly to a comfortable stay.
The rooms were generally well maintained; however, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve:
* The Wi-Fi system currently requires a new coupon code regularly, which can be inconvenient. A static login or more seamless access method would greatly enhance the guest experience.
* Despite regular cleaning, I noticed a few cockroaches during my stay, which should be addressed through more thorough pest-control measures.
* The room soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms and the lobby is easily audible.
* The shampoo, handwash, and shower gel provided felt quite sticky and were not easy to rinse off. Upgrading these toiletries would improve guest comfort.
Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay, good facilities for business travelers, and dedicated staff. With some attention to the points above, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Best experience

I had a wonderful stay at Platinum Residency, Ahmedabad. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel atmosphere was pleasant, and the location was very convenient. The staff was professional, polite, and always ready to help. Room service was quick, and the overall hospitality exceeded my expectations.
A special thanks to Ranjit Raut for his outstanding support and excellent customer service. He was very courteous, helpful, and ensured that everything was taken care of during my stay. His positive attitude and dedication made the experience even better.
The food was tasty, the service was prompt, and the entire team made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again.
