Three night in hydrbad

The room was comfotable amd cleen the staf and front desk. Could not be faulted for being so helpful breckfast was brought to. The room and was good location good whould ee stay agane? Yes

this is by far the worse hotels i have ever stayed. the room does not have basic amenities.the shampoo is clinic pouch, soap is medimix and smaller than a match box , no iron box, no hair dryer, the door is hard to close and lock and doesnt open, room is so dirty. the bedsheets are so bad. hotels dot com has charged me for breakfast and said this hotel is equiped with complimentary breakfast. there is not breakfast, after me asking for breakfast, they sent the most baddest mushy dosa for 2 days out of 5 nights and thats it. no coffee, no tea. shame on both hotels.com and this bloody fab hotel management. the bedsheets were smelling and pillow covers were black. i was so upset and made them change to new ones.i will never ever suggest hotels website or fab hotel to anyone.

Treated like a Thief

Booked a deluxe room via Agoda, which showed a double bed, but they provided 2 single beds. We went through the trouble of updating to a premium room with a double bed via Agoda customer care, which meant waiting outside the hotel for an hour on call at midnight. Made the extra payment as adviced by Agoda. At the end of the stay hotel staff asked us to make the payment as it has not been updated on their Fab hotels app. We showed proof of the updation email and the credit card bills still they refused to let us check out until it gets updated on their app. The receptionist was rude and blamed us for witholding payment. Will never book via Agoda not with Fab. Terrible experience.

AVOID IT, especially if you are traveling with family

Stayed here on Jan 3rd, 2023. Booked here after reading other reviews. BAD DECISION. Rooms, beds, bath rooms are unclean. Bedsheets are marked and coloured as if the room was used for some shady activity. Doors and Air Conditioners make a lot of noise (you can hear that noise from neighbouring rooms also). So, it's not easy to sleep. No running water in the morning. Only positive is the location. In summary, AVOID IT
