BAD BANQUENTING EXPERIENCE
1. The welcome drink station at the church started at all welcoming is over , served in plastic glass when we speak all about sustainability nowadays.
2. I visited the banquet hall previous night and given some basic changes and requirement but the banquet manager’s ( Sunny) response was very poor. He will agree for all but not serious about to implement it. The buffet spread presentation was not met the basic standards. No cutlery placed , the service boys were not in uniform, no grooming , hygienic etc
The salad counter was a disaster , they don’t have the basic idea to setup a salad counter , when I alerted Sunny he told the hotel doesn’t have any stuff to decorate the salad counter - see my click
3. The food was very spicy , average, can say not up to the standards , deviated from the menu in the contract and Sunny has some funny explanation for everything. He is a cheater and owner has to scrap such HODs from the place.
4. No display signage on lobby about the event.
5 . The look of desert and juice station was very ugly . The management has to think about to change the bowl , cutleries , glass , serving trays etc
6. Don’t look outside through the windows of the pre functional area, it gives a garbage area look.
7. The table cloths are very old, torn, stained gives a dabba appearance.
8. I stayed in room no 404 , stay was good vs the money paid.
So if anybody trust you and given you a chance to be the part of their memorable events in their life do some justice with them and comes near to the "value for money".
This is my feedback and alert for others those who are opting this hotel or stay from this place.
