Skvělá lokalita, ale ne dobrá, pokud nemůžete udělat schody!

Hotel je na skvělém místě, pouhých 5 minut chůze od indické brány.
Personál je fantastický a opravdu přátelský a udělá cokoli, aby mu pomohl.
Pokoje jsou čisté a základní, málo místa na procházku kolem postele, ale udělá to na několik nocí.
To není vhodné pro každého, kdo má potíže s chůzí, problémy s koleny nebo pro kohokoli, kdo není schopen chodit po schodech nahoru, protože tam není výtah! Je ve 3. patře nad obchody, pak dalším patře, úzké schodiště do pokojů. Nezůstaňte v místnosti 401, museli mě přesunout druhou noc, protože vodní čerpadlo vydává hluk celou noc. Zaměstnanci však byli velmi apologetičtí a nevěděli o hluku, který se opakuje, mezi zvukem jen 40 sekund.

Disgusting - zero stars

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and not to mention totally unsafe. My windows were missing panes and led out on the the fire escape so literally anyone would have been able to get into my window (???). My sheets had stains and hair ALL OVER. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom and all over the sink. They refused to give me a refund after I explained the issues with the room and my dissatisfaction after not even one night of staying there. Would not wish a stay in this hotel upon my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

Tough one for the first hotel in India

This would be a last resort only, but you need to inspect your room before paying. The property needs updated ASAP. Most of the staff were very kind. This is in no way to slander the people that cannot change anything, but this review is to help hopefully change things for the next traveler. Sheets can’t have stains or tears. Mattresses can’t be stacked up in the hallway on the approach to the hotel and looking like they all need replaced when the sheet exposes them. The bathrooms need hot water. They’re also can’t be small bugs and things like that that the guest can see. Whatever’s leaking out of the ceiling needs addressed. Again, hopefully the owner can see an address these things because the hotel does have a fantastic location, but you’re never gonna get anyone there besides a desperate traveler unless these things get remedied.

I have traveled the globe and have been in some uncomfortable accomodations, but this was easily the worst, grossest place I've ever stayed. My room had stains on the bed, on the walls, around the bathroom. They used this really strong chemical pesticide for the roaches (gross) that smelled so bad of chemicals. They masked the smell with perfumed aerosols and it was even worse! If you're prone to headaches or allergic to perfumes, be warned. It was so bad I asked for a partial refund so I could check out early, they didn't let me although it was so unlivable. They switched my room, I begged them not to spray it, which helped with the smell, but not the roaches. My room didn't have internet the entire time I stayed there and my air conditioner was leaking buckets. The walk up to the hotel is also super scary! People pee in the stairwell, leave their garbage out, and spit their tobacco. The only plus of this place is that it's in central Colaba. Otherwise, don't stay. Visiting from Canada.

Poor condition overall. Would not stay again.
No windows in a small room so felt congested. Power plugs around the bed didn't work. No chair in the room. The mattress is quite old. The only positive is the location as it's walking distance to GOI.
