Stayed as couple and loved it close to all amenities very close to the mall road very easy to walk lots of shops there but would recommend this hotel five star review from me

Never book this hotel

I request all travelers to never book this hotel, because hotel manager has no manner how to talk their guest, i book 6 room of this hotel for my family tour but when want to confirm the booking by hotel manager, he directly abusing me i got shocked that why this man abusing me and when talk to the hotel staff they already say that we have not any booking from your side, so i beg all the travelers never book this hotel by online or offline.

You will regret it

So far the worst experience I have ever had. The booking "Double room with airport drop" doesn't have airport drop option, only chargeable taxi with x2 rates. They charge you extra 18% of "property tax", which is not mentioned in the booking information whatsoever. The staff was rude and loud in the night, the porter keep tossing our bag while carrying, the room 303 apparently doesn't have a key, so they keep you there for the 7 hours straight while "looking for the key" to just relocate you to the other room in the end. Room was small, dirty, wet and cold, strong smell of rotting were everywhere, insects were everywhere. The bedclothes were very dirty, no soap/shampoo or towels at all. The bathroom were disgusting, with humans hair and mold. The water pressure was low and the tap was running all the time loudly. And in the end on the check-out they just cancel your your booking (booking.com in our case), so you won't be able to leave a review. Can't believe this rat hole has 3 stars. Unbelievable.

Worst experience stating at the hotel.

The price is reasonable that's why it gets 1star.
The room is not serviced at all. The rooms were smelly not air freshened. The hotel service didn't respond on time. Ok to stay with adult friends but won't recommend. Worst rooms noise from other rooms were big.
Never visit.

Cow house

I was there with my wife. We have booked a room from booking.com. They canceled my booking and they gave us a room like as cow house. I have taken some pictures from this hotel room. They don’t give us any facture. They don’t accept Visa card.
