Exceptional Service!

Stayed at Puri Saron Hotel Denpasar for 3 nights, and the service amazed me! Clean bedroom and surrounding, good water pressure and complete amenities.
Breakfast was very tasty, there will be something for everyone, you can find fastfood restaurant near the hotel such as MCDonald, KFC, Burger King, etc....
all the staff is the most exceptional! Really kind and friendly, welcoming us warmly and full of smile, Overall it's a very pleasant stay.. but it's a little bit far from tourist attractions.

Just for Sleep - Noise Hotel at Denpasar

Booked Traveloka room free breakfast through Traveloka, on the listing clearly mentioned bed type is Double bed (see screen shot) and I came as a couple but they giving us Twin Bed upon check in (simple things). Wake up in the morning hearing the staff laughing and sound of the trolley so noisy.

2,5 months stay in Bali

My room was a total disaster. The air conditioning was not working properly. The timer was on, it was impossible to turn it off so the air conditioning always turned off. The bathroom was very dirty, as the pictures show. Actually there was no clean part. Under the cabinets it was dirty every day so housekeeping don't really care about cleanleness. The blankets and pillow covers were always dirty, it was stained.
The breakfast was way below average. Usually there were egg, pancake, bread, few jam and fruit. Unbelievable. It's a 3-star hotel so it should be better, Actually the only positive thing I can say is that the staff is very friendly and kind.
Unfortunately, I have to stay in this hotel for 10 weeks because my university is close by but I am sure that I won't come back in this hotel for sure.

Best staff ever!

Was there for a long time, the staff is really friendly and wants to help you whenever you need it. Rooms are really nice, and the pool is good as well! The breakfast was standard, but it's not expensive. Good price quality. Would go there again!
