Not too bad of a place..

When we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful though the language barrier was hard but you can't help that, I wished they had invested in some fans around the reception because it gets really hot from morning.
Room was nice though there were some areas not clean in the bathroom but the feeling of a holiday was there.
Buffet, abit dissapointed with the choices but lucky they provided cereal pancakes for kids.
Dinner had lots of choices where was great.
Overall we enjoyed ourselves, some areas need to be looked at but it is what it is.

Horrible, dirty, unhygienic, liars

What diseases to contract!
1 superior room booked, totally not received as described in the photos as “superior” room, mega small, dirty, poorly polished and it stunk there. Reported at reception, came 2nd option: twin beds, not booked! Smelled of moisture, not clean.
3rd option was even dirtier than dirt. Lots of dirty stains in the bed, chair upholstery broken and very dirty, bath was awful to be ashamed of!!! Unbelievable that this can call a 4 star hotel!!!
If these were all the rooms, I wouldn't even dare eat there!
We didn't even want to sleep here anymore and checked out immediately and the manager promised a full refund, I had to do this via Agoda. I also have this on video recording. This took place on 17-6-25

Still trying to get a refund right now. They claim that I have been given the superior room, while I have evidence in photos and videos. Shame on you!!! Fraud and scams, as well as telling lies.

Don't hold a wedding here!

Don't have a wedding here. We booked 8 room nights and a wedding hall. Received nothing, not a welcome note, or fruit basket, or even a heart on the bed. No recognition at all. Further, the BBQ dinner is a ripoff, 4 burnt shrimp for 125,000 and only 2 ribs for 150,000 and one was inedible. There were no hand towels and music starts at 6:20 am!! I'm sure there are better places in Bali.
