Title: Great location and staff, but several amenities need improvement
I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience.
The Good:
First and foremost, the staff deserves high praise. Every team member I encountered was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient and close to keyattractions/transport, which made exploring the area very easy.
Areas for Improvement:
Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the stay that did not meet expectations:
Parking: The parking facilities are extremely limited. It was quite stressful and inconvenient to find a spot, which is a major drawback if you are traveling by car.
Dining/Food: The food options and quality were average at best. The menu lacked variety, and the taste did not live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
Pool & Spa: The pool area and spa facilities felt outdated and were not as clean or well-maintained as they should be. The service in the spa area also lacked the professionalism
seen in other parts of the hotel.
Overall, while the hospitality and location were top-notch, the management needs to address the issues with parking, dining, and the wellness facilities to truly offer a premium experience.

CITY COOL HOTEL
Nice city hotel. Rooms are clean, cozy, with all the right equipment. Air conditioning, hot water and cosmetics in the bathroom.
Breakfasts are delicious: fruit, vegetables, cheese, chocolate paste, honey natural. It's a great choice. Waiters are working - service is good.
Really enjoyed the hotel - for a small town a great choice!

Impolite staff
I do not recommend this hotel at all. No good service at all.
Impolite staff and terrible management. They don remove our suitcases from the carousel for us, the laundry Service was terrible and really expensive
with the same price u can find some better places .

Shame on you Hotel Aseman!
First of all, the breakfast was awful and the way they serve the food was terrible. No good coffee to be found. Second of all walls were thin like a paper so too much noise even the staff talked so loudly in the hallway. Rude personnel and terrible management. No good service at all.

very bad
that is next to the street so has terrible vehicle noise, I couldnt sleep during the night
service desk and they dont pay attention to my problem
I could not sleep during the night and the next day I was very tired from insomnia
