A little house on the prairie!

I literally loved this place!! Stunning landscape in what seems reminiscent of a vast prairie in America. Here you will find these small wooden houses, modest but functional, I loved them! Stra recommended the horseback ride that offers the structure, the Owner is a nice gentleman who will make you wander on his steeds regardless of the fact that maybe it's the first time, we had a lot of fun, it was an experience full of emotions! I will carry this place in my heart!!!

Great experience

One of the best cottages during our 2-week trip in Iceland.
It is conveniently located close to the main road but at the same time very quiet.
The cottage is wide, clean and comfortable, fully equipped with all the facilities.
The owner is really nice, helpful and friendly.

Horseback riding right at the front door!

This was a last minute find and we really enjoyed it. The lodging was good value for the money. The kitchen was adequate for our light supper and breakfast, and the shower was hot. What made this stay special was the hosts warm welcome. We went horse riding in the morning and really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely cabins in scenic countryside!

We loved our cabin! The surroundings were spectacular and tranquil. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed some fantastic horseback riding with the most well-kept, well-mannered, and spirited horses! Our only regret is we wished we could have stayed more time here as there was so much to do and the town has several nice restaurants.

Bad experience. We left again after 10 minuttes.

We booked a cabin but was put in the garage, where they have made a small apartment in one end. The rest of the garage is seperated from the apartment with a locked door. There was a terrible smell in the apartment. The view was to a garden with a couple of old not functioning hottubs and other garbage. Old carwrecks in front of the house. A terrible experience and we left again after 10 minuttes without having unpacked and found another place to spend the night.
