I recommend it for the location and the excellent quality of the cuisine.

An excellent hotel in Valtellina, good location; even with the heat in the city, as it was 38 degrees, it was very pleasant in the garden. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff was kind, and the owner was very professional. The dinner was wonderful with the famous pizzocheri. Proper portions, reasonable price, served and treated well, a beautiful evening. I was offered a dessert that I tried, made with pistachio, coarse salt, and extra virgin olive oil; I recommend it as it was special, especially since you don't find it easily. Recommendation.

Great hotel in Valtellina.

Excellent structure located just above the city of Sondrio, beautiful view, fresh air, little traffic, and ample parking: it starts off well. Excellent welcome, functional and clean room with a view of the valley, bathrobe in the bathroom is a great idea, perfect services. Good and varied breakfast. Dinner at the beautiful hotel restaurant was very good, especially the amazing pizzoccheri. Affordable prices in relation to what is offered. Above all, a family atmosphere and great professionalism and attention to satisfying the customer. Well done! I will return.

Cozy hotel in the center

We stayed only one night in this cozy hotel , spacious room , bathroom with bathrobes , a balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley , sweet / savory breakfast very varied, have a really good yogurt and orange juices to appreciate since you do at the moment , if I were to return to Sondrio I think I would book this hotel again

To be avoided absolutely

I stayed in this hotel on Saturday 28 June and was with a tour group of the Fuoricitta agency 'of Parma. The reception at the reception was very icy and formal. In the Hall, wandered a gentleman (the owner) with a very perplexed attitude and guessing evidently did not consider our group up to 'his hotel (3 stars!!!!!) even we were in a 5 star super luxury!!!!!!. Too bad we were more than 40 people, while his hotel was practically deserted. I think you should have more respect and acceptance with those who allow you to keep your business open. I had read that the hotel provided its guests with a small gym, a hot tub and a Turkish bath. When I picked up my key, I asked the girl at the reception to use the gym, I was told that the 4 floor eta closed for renovation, intrigued I went up to the 4 floor and it was ALL ABSOLUTELY open and working. OBVIOUSLY THE OWNER considered OUR GROUP OF SECOND CLASS CUSTOMERS, NOT WORTHY OF USING THIS SERVICE. Let's come to the other evaluations: Very small but clean room (at least that!!!!) Claustrophobic bathroom, you entered one at a time and without window (2 star room not 3). The only positive note the Restaurant (known and appreciated) good dinner served, but unfortunately to receive us there was still the 'arch and rude owner, who turned away' without dignifying us with a look or a simple Good evening. While with the other 7-8 customers he was very ceremonious and welcoming, as if to apologize for the invasion of these second-class customers (We). Too bad that the VIP customers were 7/8 we customers of series B 42. So in conclusion this haughty owner SHOULD BRING MORE RESPECT FOR TOURIST GROUPS THAT ALLOW HIM TO KEEP HIS SMALL 3 STAR HOTEL OPEN!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID FOR TOURIST GROUPS
