Great for a quick stay

We stayed here for 1 night. It was a big clean room. Shared bathroom was modern but unfortunately the cleanliness relies on the other guests (there are 2 bathrooms available though so that was good). Very close to train station so great location and the man who runs the guesthouse was very helpful and let us check in early.

Terrible is an understatement

Guest house located in a "cheerful" multi-ethnic neighborhood where a strong mix of spices and manure prevails.
In the morning you wake up at dawn with people arguing in the street, under the guest house there are multi-ethnic food shops but there are no bars or restaurants, it is a typical squalid area behind the city station.
The retro/vintage style furniture is a collection of unique pieces from the second-hand market.
The spacious room with a small, unsafe balcony and no air conditioning.
Toilets shared with the roommates which we had to clean personally, as we found roommates dirty and not caring about sharing.
With shared bathrooms, daily cleaning seems obligatory to me, but we haven't seen even a shadow of it.
Structure not recommended.

KEYWORD: CLEAN THE BASKET

I would like to start by saying that, certainly, the first mistake was mine in booking without realizing that the bathroom was shared....
Leaving aside this detail, the experience could not have been entirely negative if there had been, at least, daily cleaning of the bathrooms.
I equipped myself with sanitizer and had to clean the piss of some very unpleasant roommates.
In one of the 2 bathrooms, the drain doesn't work... equip yourself with a bucket, or leave your memory for the next unfortunate person who enters the bathroom.
Located in a very noisy street, at 3/4 in the morning, you wake up to the noise of people arguing in the street, cars and buses..
EXCLUSIVELY multi-ethnic area, where the smell of turmeric, curry, garlic and onion prevails everywhere!
Elevator usable only for those who can resist a mix of strong odors!
The "balcony" is there, but even there you need to have courage just to look out!
For 3 nights we never had the opportunity to change towels and there was never anyone present in the apartment to rely on.
VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

Professionalità nulla

Il sig. Lamberto, dopo una prenotazione effettuata il giorno 12.11.2019 (dimostrabile dalle e-mail salvate), ha dimenticato di registrarla e quando l'ho contattato il giorno del mio arrivo, il 13.01.2020, mi ha addiritutra accusato di essermi sbagliato. Inoltre, ha tentato di dirottarmi presso un'altra struttura distanza 3km circa. Ho provato a ribadire le mie esigenze, ma anzichè adoperarsi, mi ha lasciato in mezzo alla strada. Consiglio vivamente a chi volesse prenotare presso questa struttura, di accertarsi più volte dell'avvenuta registrazione da parte del titolare. A mai più rivederci.

Ottima posizione

A due passi dalla stazione, ottimo per chi si muove per lavoro in treno!
La camera era molto spaziosa e rifinita nei dettagli, arredata di buon gusto.
Bagno in comune pulito e con tutti i confort necessari.
Zona giorno con cucina dove poter mangiare, consigliato per brevi periodi o chi è di passaggio!
