Fantastic

Stupendous!! We used my birthday present for a dinner and it was fantastic. Friendly staff, excellent food and stunning location. The surprise menu had its effect, excellent wine and a highly trained sommelier. We will be back

poor customer service

poor customer service , in our case despite we checked in at 3 pm and showed the property the presence of bees and wasps in the room due to a swarm in the crawl space have not proved willing to change rooms despite the availability of rooms and ours to sleep even in 3 in a bed , room paid 284 euros mi April ... you expect certain prices the service is due especially when there are obvious problems .

Expectations fully confirmed

The accommodation has an exquisite English style. There is a lot of attention to detail and also to the service both as regards the actual structure and the attention to the breakfast service. The restaurant is also excellent both for the dishes and the service. The bill suits the location.

Magical place

Stunning place, surrounded by greenery, particularly easy to reach. Friendly, welcoming staff who pay attention to customer needs. Really beautiful and special rooms. Excellent breakfast with top quality and self-produced materials such as fruit and eggs, excellent desserts! Gorgeous pool!

Great location but terrible cleaning

Text: We stayed in the apartment building, on the ground floor, next to the restaurant.
The farm with its scenery is beautiful. Their hospitality is very good. We had new year dinner and it was very stylish food but no atmosphere (no music).
The first day we arrived and didn’t have hot water. We emailed the next morning and it was fixed.
During the next 2 days we kept catching spiders throughout the house and when making up our own beds (because this is bed and breakfast) we noticed there was a lot of dust coming out from underneath the mattress (our kids allergic to dust). By New Year’s Eve 31 December 2022 we had realized that it wasn’t the case of normal farm lifestyle but that of a very very bad cleaning problem so we went to the reception told the owner (I assume it was) that the apartment is not clean and we would like it to be cleaned.
It turned out a big misunderstanding namely they understood we just asked for a little change of towels and barely vacuum because I believe they do not ever use the mop.
We did not insist because there is an obvious way they do cleaning and that is at the very most superficial and sloppy. We will let the pictures and videos explain.
During check out, we were asked to pay 20 euros for the extra cleaning. I tried to explain there was a misunderstanding and that we did not ask for extra cleaning but for cleaning (basic moping and proper vacuum). I wanted to show the owner or whoever she was the videos I have but I was too upset. In return she got upset and said that we received the apartment in perfect condition. I then realized there is a different definition of cleaning between us with a housekeeping background and them. I was told not to pay the 20 euros.
(Not to mention that when we opened all windows it was full of spider eggs and webs (again, never cleaned).
The pictures show the toilet, underneath the bed, behind the heaters, underneath the microwave table and the dust that came out when doing the bed I couldn’t capture but you get the picture.
