Fantastic stay here, great location for all attractions and transfer points.
View from our rooms was over the bay which is absolutely beautiful.
Thanks to all the Staff who are very friendly, attentive and advised on some great restaurants to try and things to do. Special thanks to Jorden (Front Desk) and Keisha (Evening Bar ) your recommendations were fantastic.

Gem of a Hotel
Locando Vivaldi is an amazing quaint little hotel, beautifully decorated, we felt like we’d stepped back in time. It’s ideally located on the waterfront in close proximity to St Mark’s Square. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. Cleanliness top marks. The only negative was that the air conditioner isn’t turned on until June and as the bedroom was stifling hot I opened the windows and was bitten by mosquitoes 20 times on our last night, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this gem of a hotel but I would recommend that the hotel change their policy regarding the air conditioner and I’d make sure to bring mosquito repellents regardless.

Wonderful stay
This is a beautiful, small hotel in a fabulous location overlooking the Lagoon , 5 minutes walk to St Marks Sauare and numerous shops and restaurants . We’ve never had such welcoming hospitality from staff in an hotel and breakfast on the roof top overlooking Venice was not to be missed. We shall be back next year.

Perfect
A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was perfect for us and our 13yr old daughter. The room is decorated in a very traditional manner, but this just adds a lot of charm to it. Lovely, spacious bathroom with double sinks, plenty of work surface, and a great shower cubicle. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace complete with amazing views. Great quality of food (from a set menu, not a buffet), excellent choices, more than enough to set you up for the day. All the staff are lovely. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Recommended.

Location and Amazing Staff!!
The location is AMAZING!!! The staff treat you like royalty. The Hotel Locanda Vivaldi is a gem. We were there during the heatwave and as typical American's we needed more AC. The gentleman at the front desk, I wish I noted his name, accommodated us by moving our room. If you are looking for an authentic, comfortable, and truly memorable place in Venice, the Hotel Locanda Vivaldi is wonderful!!!
