Spacious and fully equipped apartment, half an hour by bus from Venice.

Excellent location on the mainland; by bus half an hour to Venice itself. Bus stop itself 50 meters away.
New and large apartment, spacious and safe.
Limited kitchen but sufficient.
Bed was missing a mattress topper/mattress, so the springs remained very noticeable.
Air conditioning is fine but the windows can also be opened. Triple glazing so no outside noise with the windows closed.
Clear reception by 'reception', with good explanation.
Supermarket 100 m away.

Modern,clean and convenient

This place is a real gem.
The accommodation is a block of modern,clean and convenient apartments located 30 minutes from heart of Venice.
The apartments are very spacious with comfortable beds and very clean as well.
There is a kitchenette with hob,microwave and dishwasher.There is a very nice patisserie on the ground floor.
Bus stop is 3 minutes walk from where Venice is only 30 minutes.
There is Eurospar supermarket,kebab shop and a pizza place with in 5 minutes walk.Leonardo is very helpful and speaks good English.
They need to sort out the wifi connection.
Over all highly recommended.

Good pick if you want to relax in the evenings and avoid the crowds of Venice

As mentioned this is not Mestre but Chrignano which is a bit furhter. Secure building, new and clean, vast apartment. Comfortable beds . The kitchen is fully equipped so you can use it if needed. There is a nice pasticceria on the ground floor. although coffee there was just average. Transport to Venice is easy with busses 6/7/7E. Some minor things - often Wi/Fi in the evenings was slow, guess too many people were using it. Also they provide just 2 towels per person, which for 4 night stay is not that good.

Perfect service and place

Very nice apartment house, with great staff, perfect service. I was travelling with 3 friends, we booked 2 nights and was very satisfied with the quality. Very clean rooms and bathroom, very comfy beds, all facilities in the apartment, good parking, near the bus stop to visit Venice. I recommend it for Venice visitors, and would book there again.

Venezia da Chirignago con entusiasmo e con tutti i comfort!

Esperienza splendida. Accoglienza top da parte della sig.ra Barbara e della figlia Letizia(check in venerdi sera 10 marzo alle 22 30 per noi che arrivavamo da Torino). Alloggio 8 stupendo,grande con salotto e cucina e grande letto,bagno e ulteriore stanza da letto. Tuttj i confort in cucina e massima pulizia. Incredibile.parcheggio top videosorvegliato. Sono stata qui un weekend con mio marito, mia madre e mia figlia di 14 mesi...comodità assolute in struttura stupenda e a 25 min da piazzale Roma,raggiungibili o con il bus 6 o il 7,fermata a 100 m piazza municipio in Chirignago. In questa stessa piazza davanti fermata bus c'è tabaccheria per acquisto cose alimentari e giornaliero o abbonamento due gg (che ho preso.35 euro),accanto ottimo bar CLARIN più intimo e meno disordinato della tanta pubblicizzata pasticceria sotto la struttura che però ha code chilometriche,camerieri molto molto giovani poco attenti al cliente e croissant mollicci.
Vicino alla struttura c'è anche un supermercato despar molto grande. Ci tornerò!complimenti davvero,continuate cosi!
