Perfect location located in the historic center of Cagliari, I stayed three days and it was beautiful....very clean, tidy, nothing was missing, compliments truly, a quiet area of Cagliari, I recommend it to everyone........ .

Friendly host, nice b&b and the best area in Cagliari

This was our 2nd time in Cagliari staying on Via San Giovanni and we'll be coming back for a 3rd stay. This district is beautiful and charming, and within walking distance to all the main attractions.
Tiziana, the b&b owner had some great restaurant suggestions and recommended an incredible place in the Marina that we would have just walked past and missed out on the best penne arrabiata and house wine in the city! She was warm and welcoming, and made us a lovely breakfast.
One of the best reasons to stay here is to meet the star of the district - Arancia the cat! Anyone who has walked down Via San Giovanni has probably stopped to stroke her, say 'ciao' or take a picture of her in the windowbox outside the b&b. She lives in the b&b and is very friendly!
Parking tips: Parking on the street is a no go for tourists (residents only), there are some white bays (free for anyone) on adjacent side streets (like Via S Mauro) but it's pretty stressful finding one and being able to park on such narrow streets so I would recommend parking in the multi-storey on Regina Elena - a 10min walk to the b&b. You do have to pay more than parking in a blue bay (metred parking on the street), but it's worth it for the convenience! Viale Regina Elena is also NOT in a ZTL zone, unlike the surrounding areas.

Fantastic!

Excellent location near the centre, in the old town. Welcoming and helpful host, very friendly with great tips on what to see, where to go and the everyday details of doing things in the city. Comfortable and very clean room with en-suite bathroom, good price. Perfect for a stay in Cagliari!

Great!

Situated in the old town, narrow street with lots of atmosphere. Not easy to find, but a taxi will, easily. Behind the door you’ll find a sitting room and kitchen, this you will share with a very nice, friendly and serviceminded family of four, which includes the cute, red cat, for the rest of your stay.
You will feel harmony in your room, nice colors, comfy bed, bathroom, everywhere very clean! Perfect internet and a tablet on the wall!
The area is quit, no noise, but still there are a lot of little bars/pubs at night, nice!
The only thing I missed was a little smokers area, but outside the main door it was ok.

Great B&B

Convenient and well located B&B, super friendly owners that will help you kindly and professionally. Room was clean and with everything I needed and breakfast variated. The owners will help you with recommendations on restaurants and what to visit.
