Lovely location, great for a couple of nights stay
The host was excellent for recommendations, with great knowledge of the area.
Room was clean and tidy on arrival and got cleaned every few days while we were there.
Breakfast was in a little cafe a few minutes walk away - the staff there are also really friendly and helpful! Breakfast itself is just a croissant, coffee/tea and juice. The cafe has a fantastic selection of cake, pastries, salads, pancakes and more which you can buy but it's a shame these aren't options for the breakfast!
The B&B has a little kitchen, but you're not allowed to use it. This is a shame as it would have been nice to cook our own meals some evenings.
Lack of safety deposit box or safe became an issue when the balcony doors were left open during cleaning on a regular basis.
It's right next to a church, so expect some noise from the bells and people. It didn't bother us, but might if you were trying to go to sleep pre-10pm (they start again at 7am!).

True welocme in a charming place
- the place is exactly in the heart of the city and decorated with a fine taste (light and a bit romantic), lovely dishes and cups for breakfast;
- a little balcony provided some more personal space extending the room and giving an opportuinty to have a breakfast and a cup of tea in privacy; - a great hospitality of the owners during a whole stay - it was a very enjoyable acquaintance for me (I even learned some secrets of a quality pasta production).
From the airport you may take a train to Cagliari central station (goes each 15 minutes and takes around 10 minutes to get there). The B&B may be reached in 8 minutes by foot from the railway station, but be aware that the road goes up, so you might want to walk up straight from station to Largo Carlo Felice and then go up. It will make the route a bit longer, but more comfortable if you are with a heavy luggage).
The place is several meters away from Plaza Yenna, main shopping streets, restaurants and bars.
The best coffee (a perfectly prepared Illy) is served in Caffe Pruner 50 meters away from B&B and they start early). There is a supermarket Crai (corner of Yenna and Corso Vittorio Emmanuele II) and a small market Santa Chiara.

Close to restaurants and touristic spots of the city. Good price for quality.
We arrived late and had no problems. Nice choice in Cagliari
