Very nice
Stayed in private room with private bathroom. Room was basic but very clean. Also the hostel itself is very very clean and the staff very helpuful. The location of the hostel is great, near Cagliari bus station and near main street. Highly recommended

Kneed in the temple could of been killed
Deadly place and got beaten twice in one night by deranged black woman. She came into dorm and started issues pretending stuff got stolen by me. Next night she repeatedly verbally abused me and physically assaulted me. Everytime she hit me she shoved phone to film my reactions many times. Then reception man did not help and sided with her as she was thinner than me and pretended to cry. He screamed at me threatening to throw me out. He left and then instantly she stopped crying and was smiling. Then she charged at my bed dragging me out by my hair. I got kicked in the ribs and head, kneed in the temple, bit hard on two of my fingers, tried to gouge out my eye, smashed around. So much of my hair had been ripped out. I screamed for police. No one came. When i got door open i got someone to call reception man. Even when he could see the state of me and all my hair on the floor he still sided with this insane person. He then disbelieved me even though the evidence was there. Still he refused to call the police.
I told a woman who entered the dorm very late what happened and said to close the door and not to let the other person in. Guess what? She deliberately left the door on the latch open all night? Evil and dangerous place where it advertises a safe place to stay but is far from safe. The remaining 3 nights I paid for they blatantly refused to refund and they coldly said 'they cant control what goes on in the room'? Of course they could? They let the said person stay in the room to attack me a second time.
I really didnt like italy before but was awaiting a flight. Now i detest this country. And, they put that woman in someone elses room after what she did to me?

Central and cheap. Bacic.
Cheap place to stay in Cagliari. It is in the center of everything. Had a singleroom. The rooms are quite basic, but have the potential to be awsome with a bit refurbishing. A little problems with the aircon, due to the beds being up the stairs, it gets way hotter there than in the mainpart of the room. Due to this it got eirher to warm or to cold. And without a remotecontrol for the aircon, you have to climb up and down the stairs to change the temp. Rooms are not very good sound proof, i could easily hear snoring, pissing and farting. But well it was cheap. Also at night a number of teens/yung adults gathering on the stairs getting drunk. A bit uncomfortable passing through as a solo travveler.

NO MONEY BACK FOR NOT EVEN STAYING AT THE HOTEL
I have been a costumer with hotels.com for MANY years. This is absurd. I went to Sardinia with some friends and on hotels.com and the hotels own website it says check in was possible to 05.30am. We arrive at midnight and NO ONE answers the door. We're standing in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to get into our hotel with no luck. My friends have to go look for another hotel as I'm calling the customer support of hotels.com. I was on the phone with the support for TWO HOURS.
We didn't even stay at the hotel? The hotel didn't open their doors and we later find out through their website that they're completely closed but it's still possible to book rooms via hotels.com. I'm not getting my money back and in email I receive it says the hotel doesn't answer so I can't get my money back???? Unacceptable.
I demand my money back, and I don't want to call hotels.con again NINE TIMES to get any type of help. This is ridiculous.

Good location and clean rooms, not good for weekends
It's a pritty cool place, rooms that are made with good taste, a big courtyard, you can stay up as long as you whant but after 12 PM the noise must be reduced to a minimum so that you don't disturb the other people. It has a big conference room so it's business friendly or for team buildings and it has a sort of a bar that it's not always opened. It's at a short distance from the port and the central Plazza. The staff is understanding and very friendly with their guests. I realy recommend this place for during the week because from Thursday to Saturday it's hard to sleep because out side the hostels walls there a drunk Sardinians that are very loud until the morning.
