Family stay, all were happy

We spent a lovely night at this hotel. It was very clean. The person that checked us in was super helpful. A very tiny issue was finding out the air conditioner shuts off between midnight and 6am. In the end it was no problem at all. We opened the windows and a cool breeze came in. Great location. Across the street from the small train station.
They greeted us with a cold bottle of water and a basket of snacks. I would def go back!

Surprisingly good and with super personal service

A totally positive experience. On arrival the owner left the reception and showed me to the private parking cellar where we could park for a reasonable amount. We arrived in good time before check-in and were happy to have our luggage stored. Upon check-in we were given an ice cold water with soda and the female waitress who served us helped carry the suitcase up. The room was nice and conveniently large and there was an electric note, coffee, tea and Italian soft cakes. The hotel was centrally located with 5 minutes walk to the lake. Upon check-out we were again handed out a large bottle of cold water. We wanted to stay a few more days at the hotel, but it was not possible as it was understandably fully booked. I guess there's no other way but to get back at a later point.

stay at Lake Como

The hotel is located in a small street a stone's throw from the lake.
The welcome is very friendly,
Possibility of reserving parking for the day, which is very practical for enjoying Como and the walk on the Lake.
Well soundproofed hotel and good bedding.
Small downside, no breakfast served in the room, but simply a few sweet biscuits and a kettle of hot water to prepare a Nescafé...

We had to book last minute as Lake Como was a last-minute stop.
The place was amazing, location perfect, like just perfect.
Clean, nice, and the host is super welcoming, helpful, and super friendly.
Definitely would stay here again.

Very welcoming and friendly

It has been a wonderful weekend, family treatment, the rooms are super clean and very well maintained, with a good clean smell, you go barefoot and I don't know anything sticks to your feet, it is so clean.
We have been very comfortable, we have slept great and we have felt very welcomed, they even helped us with transportation for the day of departure to the airport. It is very close to the center, the funicular and where you can take the ferries for lake excursions. Several rooms overlook the lake. The truth is that it is a very charming place.
