Elegant hotel walking distance from attractions.

It is a charming and stylish hotel, in a spectacular location, walking-distance from various points of visitation and from the whole city center, with kind staff and good guides, very good breakfast.

Very welcoming staff ,
My stay was pleasant,
Close to the train station of Santa Maria Novella and attractions, the hotel is well located.

Three stars is an enormity.....

From the photos it seemed something else... in presence the room assigned to me is uncommentable for a three star hotel. I'll leave the evaluations to you. Excellent location which I would define as strategic, excellent welcome at check-in, good cleanliness but what about the furnishings??? I honestly wouldn't go back

I'd avoid it.

It is not a real hotel, not even a bed and breakfast since breakfast is not included in the structure and offer a bar at a discounted price...
Concierge service guaranteed only in the morning and early afternoon, then the staff is completely absent. If the customer has needs as well as first aid there is no service, I do not understand how it can bear the name hotel when it is just a guest house!
Room near the entrance very noisy due to the front door slamming all night.
Price the line with other nearby structures, but much more welcoming

Look no further...

We enjoyed our stay here. Diamond at the front desk was able to check us in even though we checked in a little late. He even gave us recommendations of restaurants and the best place in the city to see the sun set. The room was good. The candy, biscuits and beverages available around the clock was a hot with my group. I highly recommend anyone to stay there.
