A nice place to stay

This is a lovely little place to stay. We were here for 6 nights. It is in a quiet and safe area. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was good sized. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Beautiful tile floors. The windows do not have screens so there were some mosquitoes if the windows were left open. We rarely heard anyone else while we were there. The breakfast was good except for a couple of mornings there were no hard boiled eggs. The staff was very friendly. There is a nice little outdoor area where we spotted the resident cat a couple of times.
The walk into the city center was picturesque and didn’t seem to be that far. We took the bus a couple of times, and I think we preferred the walk.
We ate at Trattoria Gigi, Affe di Bacco, Sweet Wine and Pescado, Fiaschetteria Gusteria which are very close by and they were all very good.

Wonderful, super clean, helpful staff, comfortable beds, everything was in excellent condition and beautiful! Exactly as pictured. Great breakfast. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay - thank you!

We spent 3 nights last month as a family and had a great time. Lucia was a wonderful host. The breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean, and the location was great - just a short walk to the center of Florence. The self check-in was a breeze. We'd stay here again!

I had a very nice two nights in a quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. The private bathroom for my room was across the hall. It was clean and modern. I was greeted warmly into the breakfast room.
