Not bad.
The room was very nice clean and functional. The instructions received were clear, simple and comprehensive. Unfortunately, I didn't have the pleasure of meeting anyone on the staff. Nice location that is within walking distance. There is a nice parking within walking distance. Too bad about the pigeons on the windowsills. However location recommended.

Comfortable experience
I had the pleasure of staying at this B&B in Foggia and it was just perfect. The structure is beautiful, spotless, looks new and very comfortable, attention to every detail. I couldn't have asked for more. A huge praise goes to Natalia who runs the B&B , an extraordinary person: helpful, courteous and always ready to help both before and during your stay. His attention to detail and dedication to guests really make a difference. I absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to live a comfortable and pleasant experience in Foggia Congratulations very much again ... Especially to the Beethoven chamber ☺️☺️

Enjoyable stay
Located in a central and well-served area of Foggia is really a rare pearl in terms of hospitality, friendliness, customer care, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, rooms around ... We spent two really pleasant nights and can not wait to return. Thanks to Natalia who made us feel at home ...

Total lack of customer care and zero professionalism
Documented experience with photos, stay at the b & b il giordano extremely negative for the following reasons:
1) Improper and insistent request for documents that on other occasions we provided at check in. Basically with a single message of notice, three days before check in, Mrs. Natalia writes me on WhatsApp, the verbatim sentence: "Hello, I'm waiting for the documents for the room lock, otherwise I can't keep it pending, they ask for the room." (I: But how have I already paid the balance?!?)
I STRESS that the room had already been booked months before with booking and subsequently paid on an agreed date, by bank transfer directly to the property.
After the tarantella of documents, however provided at the same time as the message, 10 minutes before arrival at the structure, we still did not have the keypad codes for check in...
For a family unexpected, prior to our departure, we needed an additional bed / cot, for a child of 12 years. I call to the facility and we were provided with an ottoman (consisting of three blocks), apparently usable, but it turned out overnight, a torture tool.
Hard, dirty, which split in two overnight.
We immediately asked for a mattress, topper or cot but were told it was not available. So at our expense, we bought a mattress to rest on top of the ottoman to rest "DIGNIFIED" the remaining living room.
2) the room showed up immediately dirty, tufts of hair on the floor, cigarette butts on the balcony, pubic hair in the drawers, and behind the coffee machine; yellow shower joints, toilet cup with obvious brown encrustations under the edge exit water, limestone-encrusted gargoyle, yellow pillows, stained sheets, bed broken through for broken slats.
3) The rooms are not soundproofed and the old fixtures do not have double glazing, so you can hear the shouting of the premises in the square in front.
Also in the morning at 5.30 we were woken up by the street cleaning and later by the music.
4) the furnishings are in a poor state, shelves on the wall dangling, holes in the walls, slats of the bed broken in, thin mattress.
Absence of closed wardrobe

Cold in the room, the only working radiator, the one in the bathroom.
Smells like a constant sewer
5) the cross-staff, unprofessional and unpredisposed to contact with the public.
The cleaner, on one occasion, has also entered the room without knocking, without apologizing she also had to complain when she went to remove hair from the drawer, crumbs from the minibar and hair on the ground. She complained about previous customers and was obviously annoyed.
6) Breakfast absent on January 1 at the Duetto bar, despite voucher paid, the place was closed.
When we returned on January 2 Ms at the checkout initially did not want to accept the voucher from the day before, despite indications from the property to let us consume the breakfast lost at my request, making a fuss in front of customers (another embarrassing situation). Among other things, they welcome the customer who comes in and greets, without response. Aberrante!
7) on the third day, despite the disruptions, the property asks us for the balance for the additional "bed". Too bad that no additional cost had been agreed. I point out that on the site, children do not pay and that the one provided is not a bed but a dirty and broken crochet, to which we found a solution at our expense. Despite this, at most, I make myself available to pay for breakfast and towels for the guest of 12 years. In response, they took away the breakfast of the last day from all three but we only found out after consuming. Chilling. So out of 4 breakfasts paid for, we lost two.
8) last but not least, the lift in the building, is not working, structure not accessible to people with disabilities, to reach the room with luggage, flight of at least 30 steps.
In conclusion, such a poorly run facility is a Ferrari with a gokart engine.
I have never had such a humiliating experience in years of stays in Italy and abroad.
It would be good to report the incident to the consumer consortium and the hygiene office and claim moral damages in addition to full reimbursement of the stay.
Only positive note, beautiful view of the Jordan Theatre and central location.
Otherwise, not recommended.
