Great!
We went with the family with children in January and had a great time. Reception available and friendly since telephone interviews to book and confirmed on site. The rooms are modern and clean. Convenient location for walking in the city and large park nearby (6€ per day) highly recommended!

Siamo felicissimi che il vostro soggiorno in famiglia a gennaio sia stato così piacevole. Per noi il rapporto con l'ospite inizia già dalla prima telefonata, quindi sapere che la nostra disponibilità è stata confermata anche una volta arrivati in hotel ci riempie di orgoglio.
Hai fatto benissimo a ricordare la comodità della nostra posizione e del parcheggio in Piazza della Vittoria: avere oltre 1300 posti auto a partire da soli 6€ al giorno a due passi da noi è davvero una rarità in pieno centro a Genova!
Speriamo di riavervi presto come nostri ospiti con i vostri bimbi per un'altra passeggiata in città.

Car damaged
Absolutely appalling experience.
We paid the hotel for a “recommended” car park, only to return and find our car had been broken into. So much for security. We quite literally paid for the privilege of having our car damaged—something that could just as easily have happened if we’d parked on the street for free.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of care from the staff. The man at reception seemed far more concerned about retrieving his parking tag than about the fact that our car had just been damaged. There was no empathy, no urgency, and no real attempt to help.
When we asked for assistance finding a repair shop, we were sent to one that was closed — despite being told it was “definitely open,” and even a quick Google check showed otherwise. It felt careless and dismissive, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
Honestly, we would have been better off parking on the street and saving the money.
What disappointed us most was not just the incident itself, but how little it seemed to matter to the hotel. We were left feeling like they just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible

Excellent solution, also thanks to Lorenzo!
We stayed on a Saturday in March, in two couples. We had two connecting rooms with bathrooms, and I must say that the rooms are very nice and equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom, with modern furnishings. Honestly, he deserves an extra star, also for the reception service where Lorenzo was very helpful, kind and professional (we actually booked without advance, but just the same day we arrived in Genoa). I must say that it is a great solution, also for the very honest price compared to the solution that it is. Bravo, and bravo Lorenzo.

Siamo felici che abbiate trovato le nostre camere comunicanti funzionali e di vostro gusto; è una soluzione che curiamo molto proprio per chi viaggia in gruppo o in famiglia. Leggere che la nostra struttura meriterebbe "una stella in più" ci riempie di orgoglio e ci motiva a continuare su questa strada.

Great hotel and beautiful city
Stayed in the hotel Fiume for a few days with my husband and toddler and it was a very pleasant experience , everyone was lovely and helpful . Bedroom was nice and clean , there was a mini fridge and snacks available at a good price , was close to the main attractions in the city so all in all 5 and would stay again .
P.s : all the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were really good and super close.

Leggere che per te il nostro hotel meriterebbe 4 stelle per pulizia, comfort e servizio ci riempie di orgoglio. Dopo la recente ristrutturazione, il nostro obiettivo è proprio quello di offrire un'esperienza di alto livello, moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio, pur mantenendo l'accoglienza genuina di un hotel a gestione familiare.
