Quarto muito bem limpo e decorado, um encanto. Equipe de atendimento muito simpática e prestativa. Hotel muito bem localizado! Voltaria com certeza!
A very clean and beautifully decorated room, absolutely lovely. The staff ware very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located! Would definitely stay here again!

Sewer odor came out of the sink, staff got into my room without letting us know to remove a car, I had some euros on the desk and they were gone, reported to the front desk and they didn't even care.

This was one of the worst hotel check-in experiences I have ever had.
We arrived as a family for our vacation. Our daughter legally lives in Italy and had her valid residence permit with her, along with a clear digital copy of her current passport. The rest of our family had our physical passports. Despite this, the receptionist refused to let us check in, insisting that our daughter had to present the physical passport, without making any effort to find a reasonable solution.
It was 1:00 a.m., and we were forced to stand at the reception desk for hours. Instead of helping guests, the receptionist acted like a bureaucrat, repeating the same sentence over and over without any empathy or willingness to assist. After hours of unnecessary arguments, they finally accepted having the passport sent by email—the exact solution that could have been used from the very beginning.
If sending the passport by email was ultimately acceptable, why were we humiliated and kept waiting for hours in the middle of the night? This completely ruined the start of our family holiday.
The receptionist’s attitude was unprofessional, inflexible, and completely lacking in customer service. Staff in a hospitality business should know how to solve problems, not create them.
The hotel itself is also overrated. In my opinion, it deserves no more than a 3-star rating, and the level of service is even lower.
I will never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient, clean, everything is okay.
Convenient location being next to the Brignole station. Equipped with a private garage (€25 per night), the structure, when entering the large lobby, recalls the atmosphere of a few decades ago. The rooms, at least ours, a deluxe one, are renovated in a modern and nautical style. Equipped with good comforts, comfortable beds, and reasonably soundproofed. In the restaurant area, the furnishings and location revert to the 90s. The menu has a few dishes (which is fine) with decent quality. Both the reception and restaurant staff are courteous, available, and professional. In summary, despite being a historic hotel, it has been maintained in more than good condition; the rooms are well-kept and clean. It is worth the money requested; do not expect a charming hotel, as that is not its reference model. I would return.
