Surprising location.

Very positive experience, Owner friendly and extremely available, dated structure but just for this charming with many authentic details such as coffered ceilings, all very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bathroom and equipped with everything you need, products and hairdryer. The location is a stone's throw from the center where in the evening we walked discovering a very interesting city full of original and suggestive details. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Perfect Location

This B&B is the perfect location for a stay in Parma, 5 minutes stroll to the cathedral. Room was comfortable and homely, slightly dated but the rooms are currently being renovated. Elena our host provided a tasty breakfast of coffee and pastries, and was happy to sit and chat in the mornings about her life in Parma. Would definitely stay here again as location is fantastic. Thank you Elena.
P.s maybe should mention that the rooms were up 2 or 3 flights of stairs ( no lift) this wasn't a problem for us, but worth baring in mind if your not good on your legs.

Nice place, but felt more AirBnB than B&B.

The room we stayed in was right off of either a common room or the owners dining area. It was hard to tell since her upstairs flat where she lived was under construction, so possibly a temporary arrangement. The room was big, but it felt like we were staying in the owners room, so more AirBnB and less B&B.

Lovely and economical stay in Parma

I stayed here for 5 days. The place is right in the city centre, and it has got a very welcoming, friendly, cosy atmosphere, thanks to its very helpful and kind owner. When you stay here, you feel as if you are a resident of Parma, and not just a tourist.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, cosily decorated and give a feeling of warmth. The place is just a few minutes away from the main square, all tourist attractions like the Duomo and Baptistery and opera house Teatro Regio di Parma. There isn't an elevator, and the rooms are on the upper floor, so make sure your suitcase is not extra heavy :)
The first two days I stayed in a double room, then had to change to the single room due to new arriving guests. But it wasn't much of a problem, the owner organised everything quickly. The owner and her family was very helpful. They helped me to carry my suitcase upstairs, and also they brought me a bottle opener when I needed one for the wine, thanks again :) I would like to stay here again if I come to Parma in the future.

Lovely place, lovely owner.

We stayed in this quaint, charming B&B and had a wonderful time. Elena was extremely nice and helpful. We had a private room and bathroom, and since Elena did not stay there, we had access to the kitchen and dining area, also. It was like having our own little apartment! Everything was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend this place.
