So central with Amazing views
A central hotel in the middle of everything
We stayed for one night arrived on an early flight and our room 211 was ready front facing triple room yes it’s old fashioned but spotlessly clean, fab big shower two big doors to open out onto the street and a side view of the leaning tower.
Don’t miss the terrace with amazing views and we grabbed some cocktails before dinner and they were amazing they were a gin based cocktail with grapefruit and we haven’t stopped talking about them and would love the recipe.
The aircon wasn’t working in the room but the cleaner provided a fan which worked great as the room was way too hot as the air con doesn’t be turned on until it’s warmer.
We had breakfast included it’s continental with scrambled eggs and bacon great selection to suit everyone.
Overall if I was back in Pisa id stay at this hotel
For the location, friendly staff and spotless hotel.
Just to note to use the safe it says reset and enter code what it doesn’t tell you is you need to enter the code twice.

OMG THIS IS THE REAL ITALIAN TASTE AND VIBES
I had dinner in Pisa and honestly I felt like I was inside Eat Pray Love the entire time. The sunset, the wine, the people talking with their hands… MAMMA MIA
The hotel restaurant had this incredible view and everyone looked so effortlessly elegant, like an Italian movie from the 1960s. I ordered a Brunello because when in Tuscany you obviously HAVE to drink wine older than your college degree. It was rich, bold, passionate… basically the George Clooney of wines.
The appetizer plate was unbelievable. Prosciutto, salami, cheese, bruschetta, olives, mysterious little Italian things I didn’t understand but absolutely trusted. Every bite tasted like someone’s nonna had been cooking since the Roman Empire.
And can we talk about the water? Even the sparkling water tasted luxurious. In America sparkling water feels aggressive. In Italy it feels romantic.
The whole atmosphere was just perfection. Warm lights, beautiful people, slow dinner, no one rushing you out. Italians really know how to LIVE. They don’t count calories or answer emails, they just drink wine at sunset and somehow all look like fashion designers.
Honestly after one dinner in Pisa I’m considering moving to Tuscany, buying a Vespa, and learning to say “ciao bella” unironically.

The location is excellent and the hotel has plenty of character, but unfortunately the property feels quite dated and is in need of a significant refurbishment. The rooms are very old-fashioned and tired, and the beds in particular are quite basic and not especially comfortable.
That said, the location is a real positive and the hotel has potential. With some investment and modernisation, it could be a much better experience. Overall, a reasonable stay, but not quite the standard I would expect for the price.

LOCATION LOCATION
Excellent location to the piazza if you are visiting the tower and duomo, literally on the doorstep. The hotel is clean, room is comfortable and had good air conditioning which was welcomed. The breakfast offers a good selection. Abundance of restaurants immediately outside. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of the tower and there is a bar and restaurant. We did not eat but had drinks which were reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Lovely stay! The breakfast was really nice, the room was basic but clean and had a huge bed which was a treat. The shower was warm, but the water pressure was pretty rubbish. Worth bearing in mind if you have long hair you are hoping to wash! Otherwise, the staff were excellent and being able to enjoy some drinks on the rooftop bar so close to the tower was genuinely such a highlight. Well worth a stay!
