Nothing like the room in the photos

We stayed for 3 nights. We booked a superior deluxe double room. I am attaching photos from the website and those of the room we were given, as well as how they made the beds one of the days. The response from reception to my first inquiry about whether there was an error in the room assignment, as it did not match the photos, was: I don't know what photos you might have seen, ma'am. They offered to change rooms when I mentioned a code. Later, they showed me an Excel sheet indicating that our room was deluxe, although it had nothing to do with the photos on the website; what does that mean then? The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was good.

Tiny and not even basic

This was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. There was no closet at all and two people could not pass by the end of the beds at the same time. Basic amenities like a box of tissues were absent and a hook in the bathroom to hang clothing. When we asked, they said they tissues were not included with the room and that we would have to buy some. The location was very nice and the room was clean. It was not a great hotel. I would not stay there again, unless it was the only place I could afford.

They charge you to store your luggage

I can't believe that after three nights and the corresponding payment, they charge us 10 euros to store our luggage on the last day.
Do we have to squeeze the guests to that extent?
Decent and centrally located hotel, but the image of that detail diminishes its value.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
The staff are ignorant, rude, and unwilling to help. They charged us twice and refused to assist us on site. They just kept saying they hadn’t done it, even though I showed them the charge from my bank as well as the emails from them. I have never been treated so badly by any hotel in my entire life!
The hotel itself was dull and very basic. It was nowhere near as cozy and inviting as it looks in the pictures. We had upgraded to a Superior Double City View room. I honestly don’t believe for a second that the room we got was a superior room, and the “city view” was just a huge building right outside the window! We had also prepaid for a bottle of wine that should be there when we arrived. There were nothing there and they said they could'nt see that we had book it even though the offer of booking came from them.
Terrible place!

Decent hotel but wasn’t for us.

Location was good as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the room was not up to standard, we purchased a room with a mini bar/fridge and a bath - upon arrival our room had neither, when queried we were told none of their rooms were even equipped with baths anyway.
The heating did not work and was only fixed on the Thursday evening when we arrived and queried it on the Monday.
The door did not sit properly and the noise level was absolutely ridiculous you could hear people word for word the entire way down the corridor, which also woke us up every morning. Even when the television was on you can hear every conversation. When we raised this with the hotel, they told us if we had concerns about our room comfort the only way they could solve this for us was by a room upgrade at an extra cost.
The breakfast was quite poor, offering nice pastries and a range of drinks but the only option for warm food was mini sausages, bread, hard bacon and scrambled eggs. Also only providing 10 tables in the breakfast room.
The staff were friendly but did not help us with any issues we had during our stay. When we complained to easyJet they spoke with the hotel who said they were working with us to solve our problems, when in reality we had no further contact from them.
