Nice place. It requires some minor corrections.
We used it as a base to participate in a sporting event at the Rimini fair.
The rooms are clean, although in ours there was some cobweb on the ceiling.
The bathrooms are fine with all the necessary amenities.
The pool available to guests is clean and the water is clear. It can be used 24/7 and is a good plus.
You enjoy a nice view, and if there are no children running wild (which sometimes happens on our trips) as guests, there is a refreshing peace. In the evening by the pool, the view of the coast is very relaxing.
The greenery around is not very well maintained. What a shame.
The lady who welcomes you and prepares breakfast is very skilled and helpful.
The ground floor room called "Dorada" had a background smell like a cellar, not very pleasant. I would not recommend it. My daughter was in a room upstairs and there were no problems there.
The air conditioning in the rooms works perfectly and the system is quiet.
The price includes breakfast.
The desserts are good, some still warm.
However, the savory part is underwhelming. It can definitely be done better.
Even the coffee is truly of low quality.
We spent 100 euros per night per room (double). It seems to us a cost in line with what is offered, but I would recommend improving the quality of the cold cuts and the coffee,
The fact that there is no staff at night is not reassuring. Yes, it is true, you can call the lady who takes care of everything, but waking a family in the middle of the night because you might need an extra roll of toilet paper is not ideal.
Yes, we will return on the next occasion, but not in the Dorada room.
Oh, I almost forgot, the cat Ugo is very friendly.

Come a casa!
Staff prepared and friendly in welcoming guests making them feel at home;
Clean and comfortable room, with private bathroom and equipped with all services;
Large garden where you can relax by the pool, enjoying a beautiful view;
Definitely to return for a next stay in the area!

Would love to coma back
We spend there few days with parents and we love it. The place is surrounded by olive trees and it's very quiet.
Arrond there is a great pizzeria and restaurant.
