CERTAIN PHRASES FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE TO THE CUSTOMER MUST NEVER BE SAID.

I have carefully read so many reviews made for this property, and I must say that most of them are positive, although everything seems so positive, unfortunately last summer we went to this hotel with two grandchildren to spend 5 days relaxing. In the first two days I found that under the three beds there was a lot of dirt, the air conditioner without remote control made us feel like in the icebox and so much so that we were forced to turn it off and open the French doors and imagine the heat in August. then forget the eating we asked several times if there was a menu 'for children as many hotels do, but maybe this is more suitable for adults and not for families with children who can not eat certain foods and since the dishes remained on the table we tried to request a simple ice cream but the answer was not that we serve it only in the evening and if we give you at noon ice cream then everyone asks, well so we took a walk and took food in another structure. I do not want to entertain myself too much with this review but last but last but not least the third morning we asked for breakfast for children something that just by Mr. Franco we were told ..eh ... but you are too complaining, I did not waste time and I told him to prepare the bill that we were leaving. A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE IN ALL RESPECTS

Hotels in Biagini Top

We stayed in mid-June 2025 for 5 days . We slept on very comfortable mattresses and pillows , ate at will and very well, welcomed with great kindness and availability . Amenities , swimming pool , very nice and clean beaches . Near the center, very practical to reach Italia in Miniatura , Cattolica Aquarium and San Marino . Congratulations to Franco for his always caring staff.

Holiday top

After so many years of missed holidays this year we chose Romagna, Viserbella and Biagini hotel 2 times in the same season (July and August).
Immediately watching it on the net there was something magnetic that caught my attention and again this time I hit great choice.
Everything perfect,
starting from the owner Franco who first welcomes us to his hotel with infinite kindness and friendliness,
very helpful and allow me to say overdue, thank you very much Franco.
Its hotel has rooms with sea view, clean and comfortable beds in a quiet area.
Featuring a private beach with free parasol and sun loungers,
pool practically on the sea with lifeguard for everyone's safety, even mine that I ended up in the pool betrayal.
Bike to go and eat that unforgettable piadina.
The impeccable cuisine,
all very good and plentiful,
excellent desserts breakfast buffet.
Also great coffee sheccherato with bayleis that we continued to do even when returning home.
The staff is characterized by kindness and friendliness that is not obvious when working every day of the season with the scorching heat of this year.
In short, thank you all for making us live this wonderful holiday.
We at the hotel Biagini we also left our hearts giving birth to a beautiful relationship of friendship with Elizabeth and David lifeguard wonderful, beautiful and praiseworthy in his commitment ("the injured" who broke through the heart of Gaia) and with Angela who despite the endless fatigue has made shine through all his Neapolitan sympathy.

Relax

Very comfortable hotel, located directly on the beach, with swimming pool and private establishment also equipped with games for children. Our holiday was very pleasant, our girls had a lot of fun. The staff is always very helpful, the food is very good and varied. Franco, the owner, very friendly and approachable, always available. Thanks from all of us. Family Warm up.
