We had a wonderful time in every way.

I felt very well taken care of.
Excellent cleanliness.
Excellent food.
Excellent staff always available with a smile and very competent.
I truly recommend this hotel.

Not very pleasant

We stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The property appears old and poorly maintained, and the room was really very dirty, well below the standards we expected.
The only positive aspect was the staff, who proved to be kind and courteous. However, we had an unpleasant incident: the maid entered the room while we were inside, a situation we found disrespectful of our privacy.
Furthermore, the air conditioner was very noisy and leaked water, making the stay even less comfortable.
Overall, the experience was negative and, considering the state of the property and the room, we do not feel we can recommend this hotel.

Holiday with family and friends

Great location and value for money, Mrs. Claudia very kind and always available to meet our every request. Cozy structure, simple but functional... good breakfast excellent cakes

One night was enough

We only stayed one night at this property and, honestly, better this way. The room was quite dated, with a metal frame bed and a mattress definitely in need of replacement. The bedspread, visibly dusty, has seen better times.
The bathroom was no exception: old and with a clearly worn sink tap. In general, the cleaning of the room could be more cared for.
Decent breakfast, but I point out that I found chipped glasses or lipstick dirty (certainly not easy to eliminate, but not impossible).
You're in favor? Definitely the convenient location and the agreement with the bathing establishment, which offers umbrellas and sun loungers at a very affordable price.
However, for what we have been offered, the price paid is definitely exaggerated (comparison of what happened the next day at another structure not far away).
Unfortunately, to avoid reliving such an experience, we will not return.

Fantastic staff

A 3* hotel with 5* staff. Nothing was too much trouble for Claudia and Sara. Both of these lovely ladies speak good English and checked bus and train timetables for us for our day trips out. Also gave us much needed advice on so many other areas we were not sure of.
Breakfast buffet has a large choice of items and hotel is very clean albeit the walls are thin!!!!
Once again, thank you Claudia and Sara for making our first trip to Italy and the delights of MotoGP, a memorable stay!
