Super recommended

The owners are super helpful and the staff are also nice. As soon as you arrive the first thing you see is cleanliness and the clean smell. Excellent location both for the sea and for the rest. If I return to Rimini I will definitely stay in this hotel. I advise. I forgot we had a little dog who was treated very well

Value for money out of reality

I returned to this hotel after 7 years for the good memory I had. The managers were as always very kind, helpful and welcoming. At the time of booking the price of the room tripled compared to the first time (100 euros per night) made me think I could expect some corresponding improvement in Service and infrastructure, instead I found everything the same and with some points of possible improvement: the small TV in the room receives one channel every 10, the bulb of the main lighting of the room did not work, the change of towels provides a supplement at an already excessive price for the standard offered, even toilet paper is centellinate, without a spare roll in the room. Too bad! From the human point of view exquisite people, however this is not enough. You must offer a Service qualitatively in line with the rate requested or vice versa if you are unable to meet medium-high standards it becomes necessary to revise prices.

Reservation

Good evening I would like to leave a negative review. I called to get a quote for 6 people: 3 adults and 3 children. I was given the quote. After exactly 5 minutes I contacted the property to book and was told a much higher price practically double. This is not seriousness. I was told I would be contacted by the owner but the phone call never came.

Basic accommodation in good location

We stayed here for one night on our drive down through Europe with our pet dog. Parking on street is a challenge so as you approach look out for the super friendly guy who runs the hotel on the balcony who will show you round to the rear car park which is €5.
The room was basic but clean and tidy and it’s only a short walk into the main area.
We were up and out the next morning so didn’t experience breakfast etc.
Ok for one night but we wouldn’t have stayed any longer as we needed more in room facilities due to the baggage, food etc we had for our trip.

Great hospitality and helpful

I just stay Hotel Lagomaggio and it was a good place to stay with a reasonable price and very helpful families, Dea is the only person can speak english well and very helpful to me and my coleague.
The suggestion i want to give is please at least give the guest one bottle of water to drink in the room.

Regarding the bottle of water, you could have asked for it at our bar.
According to our classification (one-star hotel), we provide much more services that we are supposed to, such as air conditioning, 24 hours reception, concierge at night, private bathrooms, even speaking more than our local language is an extra service.
