Nice location, but the top is Melissa
Review: We stayed only a few days in this structure (apartment 5) very nice, at the entrance there is this mural that makes you feel officially at sea, everything perfect as written on their site, I did not find any negative note, they gave us packaged bed linen and towels sets, which I find correct hygienically, the pearl of the structure is the Receptionist Melissa, very kind, always smiling and very good at recommending excursions, thanks for everything:) a thank you also to the Director, although elusive, very polite, I highly recommend this place despite other reviews, but each of us has his own thoughts ..

Dirty, poorly managed place that ruined the stay from day one.
Terrible experience at this place. The room was dirty from the start – hair everywhere, spider webs in multiple spots. I reported the spider webs, and instead of cleaning before a guest checks in (like they should), they said someone would come the next day. I clearly said this isn’t acceptable, but they sent a cleaning lady anyway, without asking for permission or confirmation. She only cleaned exactly the spots I pointed out, nothing more.
The shower water was dirty for the first 20–30 minutes every time we turned it on. Walls were dirty too, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. They gave us only one roll of toilet paper, and I had to buy the rest myself. Towels and bed sheets weren’t included – I paid extra for them, and then had to make the beds myself.
They also ask for a €100 deposit in case you break anything. I reported the fridge was broken – it was running and cold, but the back wall inside looked like it was peeling off and had something that looked like mold. They didn’t even check, just told me “it’s not mold.” Maybe it was ice, but it definitely looked like mold.
The mattress was filthy, and honestly, even with clean sheets, it’s hard to sleep knowing what’s underneath.
Overall, unacceptable conditions, especially for a place that charges extra for basics and pretends to be a decent residence. Would never stay here again.

MISLEADING AND UNTRUE PHOTOS, HOUSE NOT UP TO REGULATIONS RISK OF FIRE
BAD. I stayed in a different structure from the one presented on the site, the photos received in the confirmation letter are misleading and untrue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STRUCTURE.
The photos received by the property are completely different from reality. The 2nd bedroom is not standard, measuring 2.90 m2, the kitchen is not standard because the electrical socket above the stove is melting due to the heat of the fires.

A holiday to forget
Apartment delivered without the necessary accessories (supplies) and in need of renovation, especially the bathroom which was truly indecent, we had to intervene with the liquid plumber because the water from the shower and sink did not drain properly. Shower box really obsolete and at risk of breaking, mixers encrusted with limestone.
Positive note Christian and Melissa who always intervened to help us solve problems (score 9).

Very bad
Terrible place, lots of photos on the booking site and maybe it's up to luck to choose which apartment you end up in, when you arrive everything seems beautiful, but when you enter the rooms it's a nightmare, we took 1 apartment for 2 adults and 2 children including 1 newborn.
The apartment was incredibly humid, closed and vacant for who knows when, there wasn't a rag or a sponge to do the dishes and clean the kitchen and that's all there is to it.
I asked for 1 cot for the newborn which they charged us 35 euros and that's fine (it's all written on the booking site) so you also accept this, except that the cot had no sheets, it was missing a foot and in fact the baby was incredibly uncomfortable, in the end I had to open the sofa bed to be able to sleep comfortably given that the cot, which can also be found for 20 euros in second-hand shops, didn't even have a mattress!
You have to make the beds yourself, they provide you with just sheets and towels.
Bad experience, I don't recommend it
