Must try, everything is excellent

Excellent location and comfortable spaces.
Everything clean and maximum availability in managing any unexpected events or for other logistical support.
Even for entry and exit times everything is more than excellent and they are very available for any information

A wonderful holiday

We stayed for a week, our experience was excellent, a beautiful, bright and large apartment, very clean and with attention to every detail, nothing was missing for cooking, we had a huge balcony where we could eat comfortably. Our two cats immediately felt at home like us. Excellent welcome from Mrs. Roberta and her brother, they treated us as if we were people they knew. Finally, we had washing machines available at no additional cost and this is not for everyone. We also recommend it for its proximity to the free beach and accesso.per Noi it was a wonderful holiday, thanks again

A bad experience

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience with the apartment and with the owners. During our stay we had problems with air condition, wi-fi and coffee machine. There was no wi-fi connection during our stay, air condition was not working (it was on but it was not cooling the apartment at all, so we were basically sleeping in 25 degrees) and in coffee machine was stucked capsule from previous guests. We informed the owner about all this lacks second day of our stay. Owner promised to repair all this issues. Nothing happened till the end of our stay. Owner claimed he couldn’t send technician to repair as he had covid and there was no one else who could repair it. We asked for refund as half of the listing which was presented in booking.com page was not delivered (no wi-fi, not working air condition, not working coffee machine, no sea view, missing bath rope etc.). The refund was not accepted by owners. Also to mention second room is with small window to the first room and this room is as a cell, small kitchen with almost no equipment and hard to cook, tiny fridge for 3 guests (listed it can accommodate 4 people), crazy access to the apartment by small and dangerous stairs. To give some credit to the apartment its centrally located and it was clean.To sum it up we really don’t recommend to stay at this apartment, the value for the price is very small and also we are very disappointed about communication with the owners as they said to the booking all issues were solved during our stay which is not true. Our holidays in Sicily were spoiled because of the stay at this apartment.

Tra il Centro e il Porto, buona posizione

Ho soggiornato 2 notti nella struttura con la mia famiglia.
La posizione è buona tra il porto e il centro, comoda per visitare la città e le vicine Isole Egadi.
La struttura è nuova ed è completa di tutto.
Unico neo le strette scale ripide per salire con i bagagli

a pochi passi dal centro

Abbiamo soggiornato nel loro Apprtamento due notti. A 10 minuti dal centro, zona pedonale. Camere pulite e proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha dato subito informazioni utilissime e ad ogni nostra richiesta ha saputo subito aiutarci. Vi consiglio di non portare tantissimi bagagli ingombranti perché c’è una fila di scale molto stretta, ma sicuramente “particolare”. Acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo. Cestino colazione preparato con capsule caffè, marmellate e fette biscottate. Consiglio soprattutto perché non è facile trovare parcheggio davanti al portone del luogo dove si vuol dormire.
