Excellent facility in the center
Excellent facility managed in an impeccable and kind manner. The strong point is certainly the air conditioning in all the rooms, the cleanliness, and the central location.

Positive experience, 5 stars. Clean, welcoming residence, in a great location and with every type of comfort. If anything else is needed beyond all the comforts offered, the manager, very friendly and professional, will do her best to accommodate you.

We had a really good time!
In this residence we found ourselves very well, excellent location (right on the border between the old town and the new town), the owners were very kind throughout our stay, very friendly and prodigal with useful directions and advice on our arrival.

Fabulous stay!!
To welcome us and hand over the keys was Barbara, smiling young woman very kind and helpful. We found an apartment with every comfort, clean and fragrant. The kitchen with microwave, kettle, bedroom with double bed comfortable for height and comfortable for pleasant sleeps, the linen is spotless, soft and fragrant, and then there is a living room with sofa, television and a balcony where you can spend evening moments. Definitely see you again!!!

Not for those who have problems with stairs.
I always believe that constructive critisism is good critism given in order for you to frie with the task.
The hostess Annalisa is WONDERFUL very helpful and sweet, downside is that it is first and foremost Residence Barbara I am reviewing and not the varetager/ owner .
The apartment was lovely .2 large bedrooms, comfortable beds , nice aircondition in working order, and since this is March ,with heat.
As I am an " elderly" male, downside were that there are a Lot ,I mean a LOT of stairs.
I have problems with my ancles and knees, so this was not good. I am also a little large around the middle , and the shower cabine was til small for me to get inside. I mentioned this and was told this would be looked into.( Smiley :-) )
Now the Kitchen. My wife were looking forward to cooking some local seafoods, but the cooking facilities can not even Cook a pot of water in 15 minutes let alone bring water to boil in the Espresso pot. And cooking and egg or an omelette or anything else, was not possible. I think the reason is that the cooker is hooked Up to 220 volts instead of 360 .Annalisa. Please look into this and fix it,please. If not for us ,then for future guests.
The top terrasse is beautiful, but please let your guests know how to switch in the lights on up there. Found a some " lightswitches" but could not get Them to Work.
Shopping:
Very far to a supermarket , but a few smaller shops in the area for nessecities.
This place and building etc. Has potential for a higher rating , but at this point I can only give 3 stars.
Annalisa please state in your description that your place is not suitable for the elderly,handicapped or persons who has difficulties climping stairs. Would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your review. We suggest you to book apartment with elevator in the future. In fact the question is: why you booked an apartment without elevator if you can't go up the stairs? On the site where you booked it's indicated that there isn't elevator. About the Kitchen, you couldn't get it to work (like a microwave oven) after when you asked us we showed you how to use it infact after you cooked. Other guests have used the kitchen before you withouth problem! The switch on the terrace is clearly evident, just look. About the shopping: We are in the historical centre of Trapani, and there aren't big supermarket, but we are in a privileged position because we are close to little market, shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, greengrocers where you can buy all do you need for your holiday. In the end we think that when the guest has special needs it should be in his interest book a building suitable for his needs.
