The hotel stuff was very friendly . The Hotels.com deceives guests . It was written breakfast but there is no breakfast at hotel. I contacted twice customer service of Hotels.com . But they answered like in the africa . Very bad custoemr service.

My luggage was removed from my room during the first day. Reported to the hotel magnetment but the didn't believe me. reported the case to the police. Second day after returning from the police station, I found all my luggage hidden in the cleaning staffs room.

Bad hotel.

This hotel has been the worst place for $149. The hotel is really old, smelled terrible, mold everywhere, the water was running throughout the whole room, and has poor customer service. When we made our reservation, we booked for 2 nights. The moment we woke up after the first night, we left the hotel. Now they won’t return the extra night that we had already paid for.

it wasn't so good

I didn't enjoy the trip there
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe.
