The property manager was very kind. He help us with our luggage delivery. The room was great and the location was amazing.

This is by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed. The gentleman at the front helped us out hugely when our credit card was frozen. The room was freshly renovated and clean. Super comfortable beds with a small kitchen was great as we usually make our own breakfast. It’s walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Train was a 5 minute walk as was the streetcar. I’d stay here anytime.

Lovely Apartment Located Centrally

My sister found this condominium via booking.com platform for our recent visit to Hakodate. We stayed here for 3 nights.
The location is 5 mins walk from Hakodate main JR station & approximately 100 to 200 meter to the Fish Market.
We had informed the staff in advance that we would arrive after 7pm. The lady on duty waited for us b4 she left for the day. Their standard working hours until 6pm.
The room is bright, spacious, clean.
Our apartment 201 has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other 2 beds (1 single & 1 double bed) in living room.
It is recommended for family.
However i personally find such beds layout may not be convenience for Non family group.
Room amendities are available & complete. There is even pyjama should you choose to try it out.
The apartment offers thoughful design taking into consideration to separate bathroom into 3 sections - shower/toilet/wash basin.
It offers free & self service laundry & dryer service at 3rd & 5th floor which is definately a plus point.
Overall this is a lovely apartment & i will definately recommend to my friends should they headover to Hakodate for a visit.

Good location and spacious

Well located hotel with large room for family of 6 (4 kids under 13). We stayed two nights. They don’t service your room (maybe for longer stays or by request) but leave clean towels outside room (in a plastic bag) and ask you to leave rubbish and dirty towels outside for collection. This suited us fine. There was a washing machine available (free to use) on level 3 which was convenient. Note that the door doesn’t lock behind you, you need the key to lock it. The safe is tiny and not secured so you could literally put it in your bag and take it with you. Kids thought it was hilarious. Front desk were friendly and have a translator device to assist if there are language difficulties. Room also has a tiny kitchen and fridge. One of our beds was a fold away which was uncomfortable but the others were fine. 7/11 close by and also a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Morning market, JR station and metro are nearby too.
