Rundown overpriced hotel with a view

Only stayed here because late booking and nothing else available. One hospitable check in lady and one unfriendly one. Room with no breakfast was £167 ($208) for 4 people. For that you get a very tired room with a bathroom unchanged since the 1970s. And only one very thin futon mat per person so everyone has as uncomfortable night. Because only about 4 other people in this 400 room hotel we were lucky to get a room with view without paying extra for it. The price is simply mad and reflects the 1990s bubble prices not 2017 prices. Hotel in desperate need of a refurbish and realistic pricing.
