I love this fashionable Japanese-style hotel. The decoration, the way they serve meals and the check-in and check-out are efficient and straightforward, easy to move around the hotel.
The best thing I like the hotel is the location, amid solitude and you can enjoy a very quiet and peaceful mind. Will miss it.

Shikoku Castle Tour Alone Stay in Shimanto River

In a quiet place along the Shimanto River.
My room was not along the river, but it was raining bitterly, so I thought it would have mattered either way. The rooms are reasonably large and clean. The ceiling is also high. Since we were staying without meals, we didn't eat, but they dropped us off at a nearby restaurant. The public bath is said to be Mochii Onsen. The hot spring is easy to enter. It was probably the best bath again so it felt really good. It's just nice to have a sauna, but there's no water bath ... There is also no open-air bath. I'm afraid it would make a very good hotel if this area improved.
But the staff were all very hospitable and it was a very nice hotel.

Great value for money for an onsen hotel

The hotel is located on a mountain, with great view of river and valley. The hotel have both Japanese and Western style room, with a safe. Parking is free. As the hotel is on a mountain, there’s little light pollution and a great place to watch stars, when the sky is clear. There’s an Observatory nearby, but we missed it as it closes every Tuesday and that’s the only day we had with a clear sky. The onsen is small but authentic. Our package included two Japanese meals, which was of good quality and different on each day. For an onsen hotel, it’s really great value for money.

Loved the foyer with waterfall and wooden boat as a homage to the river

Our cycle group came here on our Shikoku Pilgrimage tour. Loved the foyer with waterfall and wooden boat as a homage to the river. Very good service, dinner and breakfast. A comfortable and quiet night's sleep. Would stay here again.
