The room was clean with a great view. The air condition and the TV worked perfectly. I just loved the ambience of the whole place.

This hotel sales non smoking room but the room smells cigarettes.

I booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as I opened the door to the room I smelled a strong cigarette, so I decided to go back to the front desk and have the room changed. As soon as I opened the door to the next room, I smelled tobacco again, so I went back to the front desk and had it changed to another room, but the third room smelled tobacco too. I had to go out so I gave up changing rooms any more. When I went out and went back to my room and showered, I smelled cigarettes even in my bath towel. You can't shower and wipe yourself with a towel that smells like tobacco. Unbelievable!!
This strong tobacco smell may be due to the following reasons ↓
1, Maybe the air conditioning system is bad and cigarette smoke is flowing through the air conditioning into all the rooms?
2, Maybe the building is old and has a long-standing cigarette smell that is ingrained in carpets, wallpaper, curtains and furniture so that it doesn’t smell?
In any case, he had a hellish night because he could not open the windows, and the smell prevented him from sleeping.
You can't escape the smell.
What's more, the water tank in the humidifier is full of black mold, and the shower drains poorly, making it difficult for water to flow, so the bathtub gets more and more water.
When I checked out, a female staff member at the front desk asked me, "Why does the whole room smell like tobacco when it says it's a non-smoking room on the website?" And I said, "This is what we do!" And so I said, "I'm saying no smoking, but this is a scam, I'm not staying anymore," and I said, "Hi!" He replied, "I'm sorry." I was dealt with in an unbelievable state of reverse kashara.
When I read the hotel reviews, I regretted not reading the reviews before I booked the hotel because a lot of people wrote bad reviews about the smell of tobacco and the attitude of the front desk employees. If you look around the world, you won't find a worse hotel. I will never use it again and I definitely do not recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was perfect and the view of the water was just perfect. This hotel is in a central location and the staff just make you feel at home.

10 minutes waking to the train station and a lot of restaurants options close by. Feels safe area to walk at any time.. Very nice views.

Ginza

The Hotel is beautiful and in a good position. The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. But the rooms smell of smoke. I tried to ask for a change, but they refused. When I returned to Italy, my clothes stank.
Breakfast is basic, if not poor.
