Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Wonderful stay and service! Unfortunately, my biggest regret is not staying long enough/not having had enough time to enjoy the amenities like the spa, gym, and Onsen.
Located in Roppongi Hills which was a nice area and the hotel is conveniently close (around 5-8 minute walk) to the Roppongi train station. However, I would not suggest this hotel for Japan first-timers as it takes about 30-40 minutes to get Shinjuku/Shibuya, etc.
Wonderful service from the porter service receiving our luggage from our taxi, to the front desk, and to the employees at the Grand Club.
Our room was large in comparison to other Tokyo hotels. Very clean from the moment you step foot on the property. The bathroom was equipped with basic necessities, robes, slippers, and Balmain products. And of course, can’t forget the wonderful toilet! It was quiet from our room, no complaints of noise.
The Grand Club offered daily breakfast and afternoon tea. We luckily had a small view of Mt. Fuji every morning! The breakfast buffet served both Japanese and Western food. Lots of choices each day with many drink options.
I’d love to come back and stay here again!

Short stay in Tokyo

This hotel is wonderful. Great service, the staff, particularly Mohamed Ibrahim were extremely helpful.
Lovely gym and pool
The oak room restaurant and bar were very relaxing with delicious food. The champagne was very chilled which is always a huge plus.
I will definitely stay here again

Property Credit with Fine Hotels + Resorts

Don't stay here if you're trying to use double AMEX property credit (booked with seperate credit cards) becasue they will only honor 1 of the credits, meaning only 1 person will recieve the credit despite making two seperat bookings. The language barrier made it impossible to state our reasoning as to why that was unfair. This is the only hotel that has ever done this to us, so now we know to avoid this place if we plan on getting our money's worth considering the large fee for having 2 platinum AMEX credit cards.

Great Option!

As a solo traveler, this is a fantastic option. The staff are attentive, it is close to the subway station and a few malls. There is access to transportation, cabs, uber or the subway station. The hotel also has multiple restaurants to chose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will be returning to this location.

If you are looking for a luxurious hotel in Tokyo packed with amenities, this is the choice for you.

The Grand Hyatt Tokyo is an impressively beautiful and welcoming property—spotless and conveniently located—connected to the Roppongi Hills complex and just a three-minute walk from Roppongi Subway Station.
My only complaint about the stay was the slow check-in process; however, once the staff welcomes you, you forget the wait and immerse yourself in the magnificent atmosphere created by the property and its team.
It is also very close to many nightclubs, including the Centofilia Bar, which is just a short walk away.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautiful, and clean, with all kinds of amenities; if you request any additional service, it arrives in your room within minutes.
The food at the restaurants was exquisite and unforgettable, featuring a multicultural staff capable of communicating in English, Spanish, French, and, of course, Japanese.
We enjoyed a superb breakfast every day, featuring new options that made us consider changing our itinerary on the last day just to stay longer in this paradise.
