Amazing hotel, what a find. Brand-new, extremely well decorated with warm and welcoming wooden materials and colours, perfectly functioning brand-new audio system with qualities speakers, the fully functional kitchen with brand utilities, state of the art bathroom, new late-gen washing machine with built-in dryer, and new, powerful, and easy to adjust air-conditioning in all rooms. The staff was friendly, professional, helpful, and native English speakers, perfectly able and willing to guide and help. The location is also nice, in Ginza close to train stations and still quiet with a very genuine local feeling to it.

Helpful staff in great hotel and location

Stayed in Hiz 7 nights overal in two periods when I arrive in tokyo and before I left, had a problem with a suitcase transfer from kyoto with sagawa and Joy and Ederlyn were so helpful to keep me informed regularly of the progress, can't thank you enough ladies ! Hotel is fab, well situated, quiet area with easy close access to shops, restaurants, metro and tokyo station, highly recommend to try the steam room, airconditioning was welcomed and needed in the heat of september, a great find.

To be exploited for logistical convenience

Like many accommodations in Japan, this apartment also appears to be a bit cramped, at least for us who were 3, especially if you are looking for a solution with a kitchenette. It is equipped with all comforts and appliances, especially the kitchenette, but for us who often used the kitchen and we were practically 3 adults, the spaces are a bit small. The bedroom, with a door, contains just the two beds, one of which is attached to the wall and the furniture is behind and difficult to reach. Good bathroom separated in various areas. The stay is barely manageable. The sofa bed is for an adult and ours was a little loose. Perhaps by equipping the room with 2 or more tatami mats, a comfortable layer could be made. The table is useless for 3. Only plates and glasses fit. Minimum crockery and zero accessories such as bowls or sharp knives. Let's say that it is an excellent solution for those who often go out for lunch and need some comfort in the kitchen. Office area, therefore convenience of transport, less than supermarkets, as there are several small markets. For a handful of days, it was still comfortable and functional. Quiet and clean, the managers even stored our suitcases on the day of check out.

綺麗で長期滞在に向いてます

帰国隔離の2週間滞在しました。万一コロナ感染の場合は消毒作業料金支払い必要とのことでした。長期滞在のため、洗濯などしたくアパートメントタイプ且つオンラインワーク、クラスのため部屋が分かれているタイプを探してました。分譲マンションを貸し出している感じでこれら条件は全てクリア、真新しく快適に過ごせました。難と言えばゴミの分別、ゴミ出しは自分で、受付の人は日本語、英語不自由で中国語がメインでした。受付に人が常にいるわけではないので気楽でした。立地よく食料買い出しにも困りませんでした。
