Fang, our host, was gracious & helpful even before our stay at Kizen Villa Hotel/Cafe. She was prompt with communication & assisted when we needed a package delivered. There's a binder of directions for appliances etc.
The condo was as described in & very spacious . We got the 2 BR: a standard room with 2 beds (slightly smaller than a USA Queen bed), a traditional rm w/ futon on tatami floors. full size kitchen w/ amenities, living room w/ tables/chairs, 1 toilet w/ separate hand washing station, 1 shower/basin room w/ sink & W/D (all in one). There is a balcony (we were on 4th floor) that had drying rack. We didn't use it as it was so hot and humid everyday.
This space was perfect for us to spread out with our luggage. We had 3 ppl in our group and easily /comfortably fit up to 5 -6 before I'd consider it cramped (tho bathroom would be issue). There is a public toilet on 1st floor. Stairs were easy to maneuver & not narrow & an elevator (very slow but clean and works well). We preferred the stairs except to move luggage.Cafe is immediately downstairs & offers food, drinks& a place to chill.
They also have kimono rentals& airport transfer (we did our via Klook).
FamilyMart is just around corner & 1 block away is Oicha Station. Perfect stay away from shinjuku/shibuya but close enuf for touristy stuff

The host was very gracious when our flight was delayed. The location is right next to the Tokyo Metro and JR lines. Great escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo or anywhere else!

The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming.
The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the guests to to the other small rooms. Next came the private washroom on the right past the shower, then the kitchen past the bathroom, also on the right. Lastly was the 2nd bedroom, quite spacious with 2 larger beds. They were insanely uncomfortable! The floor was better than either of these 2 beds. One was so soft you sunk in to the point where it was hard to get out of bed, and the other was like sleeping on bricks. And all of the pillows were dreadful.
The kitchen was very small with only a single burner hotplate for non-microwave cooking.
I have stayed in other locations of this nature in Tokyo, Osaka, Naha and Ishigaki and they were vastly superior.

Very home-like vibe! The location is close to stations alongside shops/food options that are nearby. As for the room, it was nice and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful with the process and alongside any inquiries we had.
