Perfect base for a Tokyo trip

The hotel is in a great location, near to Akihabara but in a quiet area. There was Family Mart nearby for picking up snacks, drinks or lunch. Self check in and out were easy. There was a member of staff in the reception area when we checked in but didn’t need any help. The room was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. The layout of the room was perfect. We liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom and that there was a door between the bathroom and sink area as it allowed us to both use the facilities at the same time. We made good use of the kitchenette and washer/dryer (they even include laundry detergent). The beds were comfortable but the pillows were awful (like a large, flat stone that had been softened slightly). Fortunately we had our neck pillows for our flights so we used them under the stone pillows. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

Internet speeds is slow and cuts off every 30secs to 1 min during peak hours from about 8pm thru. 12 mid night. I was unable to work using VPN because of the frequent disconnects.
It became better after midnight, perhaps due to many residents went to bed already.
The bedding sheets, blankets on the bunk bed are dirty, moldy, and covered with dust. The backup sets of bedding sheets located under the sofa are also having the same issue, smells,...

It was a good extended 10-day stay. All needed amenities, clean, with washer/dryer and safe neighborhood. It’s about 10-12 minutes walk from Akihabara Station. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay, then Minn is a good place. We would highly recommend it!

The room was ok until I tried to wipe the surface of the furnishings. All surfaces were not cleaned and my wipes had visible dirt after cleaning each & every piece of furniture even in the bathroom. This is disappointing for a

Room was great! Washer dryer combo very small. But we made it work. Room was exceptionally clean. Separate your trash.
