We stayed at this hotel two summers in a row and had an equally wonderful experience both years. We booked two rooms and messaged the hotel in advance to see if we could get rooms next to each other. Luckily, they were able to accommodate our request.
This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Many convenience stores and restaurants located within a block or two of the hotel. There are many subway stops located within a 10-15 minute walk. The location was excellent. We greatly enjoyed the washer/dryer in each room, as well as the detergent that was complimentary in the lobby. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The safe in the room is small. It fits items such as passports and wallets, but not iPads/laptops.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo.

Spacious and Convenient Stay for Families Near Tokyo Tower

We had a great stay at MONday Apart Hamamatsuchodaimon during our time in Tokyo. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out, which was a huge plus after busy days of sightseeing.
The location was also very convenient. Tokyo Tower was within walking distance, and there were several train stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city.
One feature we really appreciated was having a washer and dryer right in the room (located in the bathroom). It made doing laundry incredibly convenient, especially on a longer trip.
That said, there were a few minor inconveniences. The lobby was quite small and could feel crowded, and the elevator was tiny. You also need one code to access the elevator and another code to enter your room. While it's understandable from a security standpoint, it became a bit tedious after a long day of exploring.
Another thing to note is that guests are expected to empty their own trash at the end of their stay, with a strong emphasis on separating compost from regular garbage. It wasn't a huge issue, but it did feel like one more thing to think about when you're on vacation.
Despite those small drawbacks, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay enjoyable.
Overall, we'd definitely recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a spacious, apartment-style stay in Tokyo. It's a great value in a good location.

This was our second time staying here, and we thought the hotel itself was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean, and there were plenty of amenities for a family with children. The location is also excellent. We loved the convenience of using access codes for the elevators and our room instead of keeping track of physical keys. Additionally, having a large washer and dryer was incredibly helpful for a family enjoying the summer. If we had to offer one piece of feedback, it would be nice to have small reading lights by the beds.

Clean room but rather small for 4 guests. Bed, pillows, blankets, AC and washer/ dryer can use improvement.

I wanted a stay with a kitchenette and dining table. Monday Apart was perfect! It had all the kitchen utensils and dishes needed. The room was spacious. Bonus was having a washer and dryer combo. Love this place and would stay here again.
