Room condition and size is good than my experience and expectation.
Simbashi station is not so far.
It is easyly go to Gina and Odaiba area.

The room was smaler than we thought. We sleep 2 adult and one 11 years old child in 160 mc bed. We booked for 3 persons but only get 2 pillows , day 2 and 3 we get 3 towels

We had a wonderful eight-night stay at this hotel. We started in a spacious family room where everyone had their own comfortable bed, and we loved having access to Netflix and YouTube on the TV. For our final two nights, we moved to two smaller rooms; while much tighter for four people and limited to local TV stations, the transition was manageable.The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The thoughtful light breakfast, featuring a comforting warm soup, was a perfect way to start our days before exploring Tokyo, even though the menu options remained the same daily.The hotel also offers convenient laundry facilities. It costs 400 yen to wash and dry a load for two hours. However, since the clothes were not fully dry after the initial cycle, we paid an additional 200 yen for an extra hour of drying time. If you plan to use the laundry, we recommend setting aside at least three hours. Doing our laundry in the evening worked perfectly, as we had plenty of time and fewer guests were waiting.The location is excellent. It is a 10-minute walk through a bustling restaurant district to Shimbashi Station, and a 10-minute walk to Toranomon Hills Station, which offers fantastic photo opportunities of Tokyo Tower along the way. This was our first time staying here, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Tokyo!

Quiet area and good izakaya’s

Located about a 10min walk from the Shimbashi station. A small hotel in a quiet street with a 7 eleven a minute away. The rooms are small and the beds hard which we didn’t mind. We expected a small room and only had one suitcase but you would struggle with two adults and two suitcases. A very light breakfast is available which consists of about half a cup of soup, bread roll and a croissant. Coffee machine in lobby made a great cup of coffee. Room is not cleaned daily but towels are replaced. You can walk to several izakaya’s, Tokyo tower and Emperors Palace. Overall a good location if you’re looking for a quieter and cheaper area than Shinjuku. Get the Tokyo subway pass and save money using the subway instead of JR lines from Shimbashi station.

Really comfortable and well-staffed hotel which was surprisingly very quiet and allowed for a good sleep. The bathroom had all mod-cons and the room was a decent size for two people with a small amount of luggage. Very helpful and polite staff too. It was close to two subway stations and a lovely peaceful park. It was easy to get a taxi on one of the nearby main roads.
