Highly Recommended

The room was very clean, and the amenities were well stocked with everything we needed. We had 2 kids and 2 adults, so the family quadruple room was perfect. The service was also very good, they were very friendly upon arrival and check-out and we noticed the room was cleaned and restocked everyday when we came back. The location was also very good, there are a lot of nice restaurants around and a Lawson's super close.

Average to moderately good for short stay

Directions: Arrived at Ueno via Skyliner. Took about 10-15mins with luggage to reach hotel. Opposite of Ueno station. Crossed the overhead bridge and went down the escalator. Within couple minutes able to see it.
Room:1 X Double Room - Non-Smoking
Duration: 2 nights
Service : Good and friendly staff. Staff at the lobby able to converse in basic English. Check in and out were smooth and quick.
Value : Ok. Booked via Agoda with some discount coupons.
Wi-Fi: Free in room. Decent Wi-Fi signal.
Room : Window view is opposite building. Able to fit in 2x Medium sized luggages. TV did not use. Toilet/bathroom no issues. Heater worked ok.Aircon worked ok.
Food: Did not consume any hotel food.
Sleep Quality: Good. No serious disturbance.
Laundry/ Others: Not aware. Did not use.
Cleanliness: Decent. No major issue.
Gym / Pool: Not aware of.
Location: Good. Close to Ueno station gave multiple transport options. Convenience stores and Ueno shopping districts nearby.
Overall : Average to moderately good for short stay. Stayed 2 nights. Convenient location to explore local areas.

Excellent hotel next to the Ueno Park

Stayed here for 5 nights in November 2025.
Pros:
1) The location is fantastic. The Ueno station, Ueno Park and the Narita Skyline stations are all just a hop, skip and a jump away.
2) There are plenty of eating options close by. There are two convenient stores right below the hotel.
3) The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.
4) There is a laundry machine next to the lobby and it worked well.
5) The WIFI is free and the speed and connectivity were good.
6) The front desk staff was polite and efficient. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth.
7) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality was great.
8) The tariff was reasonable.
Cons:
1) The rooms and bathrooms were small.
2) There is just one washer and one drier.

The room suitable for family. Laundry is a plus. Smell in the room is a little bit annoying, but accustomed soon.
