Boutique feel

Love this hotel! Close to everything, it’s centrally in Hongdae and easy to navigate. Closer to ICN too, lots of shopping near by, and if you’re doing hair - the Soonsiki salon is steps away! Make sure you go grab a yummy kimbap from the ahjussi cart by the Hongsik University MTR! We arrived way too early… our flight landed at ICN around 5am… we got to the hotel around 6:30AM… the hotel is chic, the staff are very nice and welcoming. We got upgraded to a higher floor as Marriott Bonvoy members. Also offers late check out. A nice plus. However didn’t have early check-in like other rewards membership (aka FHC). That would be my only tsk-tsk about the hotel, check in time is 3pm!
The room is clean, love the hardwood floor! modern and the bathroom is really nice with a rain shower, bidet with separate toilet in an enclosed area… we love the free water refill, BUT please bring your own slippers… bc it’s an eco-friendly hotel, those slippers are reuse-able ones… you might not like that. We had our airplane ones that we used. Has a nice seating area to lounge about. Overall a great stay and would recommend for other travelers!

Been to Korea many times now, stayed at quite a few places, by far this is our favorite one so far. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Very nice onsite fitness center. The breakfast had a nice selection. Location is right in the heart of Hongdae. Would be coming back for sure.

Incredibly helpful staff. The air conditioning unit wasn’t running properly and the the temperature in our room was 28C during a heatwave in Seoul. They accommodated us by giving us a new room, and they also gave us a bottle of wine and some beers due to the inconvenience. Additionally, the restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. The buffet quality was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Room is nice, clean and spacious. Location is perfect. Hotel staff were very helpful with speedy response.
But a bit confused with their “Zero Program” arrangement…. We expected hotel cleaning staff have our cleaning schedule so that they could follow it (whether only provide change towel plus clean the trash bit service or fully clean up the room) when we pressed the “make up room button” before we go out everyday. Please have more communication among the staff so that we don’t need to call to guest service every time on the day for “change towel only”.
Overall we have a pleasant stay here and will definitely come back again.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dalia from the reception team. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made our stay so much more comfortable and welcoming. Dalia’s exceptional service and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our trip.
